Nimue watched the Friar rebandage her wound and then wondered out loud: "How does a Friar end up in the band of Robin Hood, prince of the Thieves..?" Eventhough she felt exhausted her brown eyes shone bright and she was anxious to speak to him in person.

Nimue said nothing. She knew nobody would let her go now. She smiled at Friar Tuck and thanked him as he finished the bandage.
She carefully walked over to Aiden, Little John and Robin, quietly listening to the conversation while twisting her aubern locks around her finger.

Isabel toyed with a lock of her hair, feeling guilty at her desire to stay where it was safe. She knew she was in no physical condition to go anywhere, in any case, but she felt abandoned, cast out by the others who were hardier than her.
