Sam came back into the room. No one had noticed he was gone. Sam cleared his throat. "Amublance is on the way."

Dean sighed. He looked up as he heard sirens. The medics came in, looking with an awkward expression at all the others.

"Uh...is this Terri?" One asked confusedly.

"Uh, do you see any other gravely injured girls around here?" Sam asked sarcastically, rolling his eyes. If you could be a doctor based off of smartness, Dean might have been able to become one. Sam smiled at his thoughts, which he made a point to tell Dean later.
