Devina caught up with 'Portia' and gave her a proud grin, tugging her hood down. Her face fell as she made a sudden realisation "Your not... Hold on!" she waved her hand impatiently at the crew who had started to edge forward. She turned back to the woman next to her "I... Urrrggghh! Not again! I'm so sorry... Did I just mistake you for someone else?"

Destiny raised her eyebrow to Devina and shrugged a bit. "I'm not quite sure. It is a possibility." She then looked back to the crew, a little freaked out. She knew that she couldn't control these men. They were Jack's to control. Not her's.

Jack kept running, he was almost there. He was starting to grow quite proud of himself. Huh, he would like to see Devina or Desinty run on a broken ankle without complaining. He smirked at the thought.
He was only a few yards away from the dock when a sharp pain filtered his side. Jack stumbled back, clasping the side of his waiste. He had felt this familiar feeling only twice in his life, and this was about to be the third. He slowly removed his hand, revealing a gaping bullet wound with leaking blood in his lower abdomen.
Jack looked back up at his 'Pearl' seeing it disappear into darkness, before collapsing to the ground.
Three soldiers came and started pulling his body away.

Destiny felt the ship moving suddenly and gasped. She quickly ran over to the edge of the ship and looked out to Port Royal. "JACK!!!" She screamed. She feared greatly for him. She felt tears instantly reach her eyes. She looked over to Jack's crew and then to Devina. "I need your guys help."

"Nice Commodore said as soldiers pulled him away from the port. He ordered to the rest of the soldiers to fire over them. Sent them cannonballs on them. Sergeant, I want none of them to stay alive. Soldiers besieged the port as Commodore ordered the soldiers to fire again. He was obviously seemed happy as his soldiers took Jack to him. He saw that they all kicked him from his stomach as always. "Stop" said Commodore. Turned to Jack who was held by guards. "You will suffer Jack believe me. Follow me, soldiers" he replied as they went away from the port where the soldiers were firing to the friends of Jack.

Jack's eyes opened to look at the face of Norrington. He would've blasted the bejesus out of that man, but the hot blood pouring out of his abdomen teared a strand in his reality of life.
Jack's head started swimming and his body drooped down limp as he fell unconscious into a pool of darkness.

Will and Elizabeth slowly came too. The cheap motel had housed them for a night but Elizabeths mind was on Jack. Where was he?

Norrington and his men were seen when they got closer to the prison. Jack was being crawled by Norrington's men. A lot of soldiers took the port under their control by the way. Unfortunately, not any of his crew had been captured. Soldiers took their position before Norington came through the port with Jack. Jack's blood spilled over every corner they turned and every step they made. Norrington was very pleased from this situation. he was enjoying it as they make more moves closer to the prison. And he would feel more pleased if the governor accepts the documents including Jack's death penalty. He was so happy, he was singing a song but in a slight voice he could hear.
He and his men stopped when he sighted Elizabeth and Will. He saluted pleasingly to the governor's daughter and her husband. They looked worried but he did not care about their presence and worried looks toward him and continue on walking with his men to the prison.

"Norrington." called Elizabeth in her sharp but soft tones. "Can you help us?"
Will looked inquistively at her but she laughed. "If you're looking for Jack, we can help, but you have to help me in return." she said slightly sultry.
