He got the fire stirring within half an hour. The wood was dry, courtesy of little rain for the past month. He dragged the unconscious mage over closer to the warmth and began seeing if he could do anything to aid the burns.

Terrible dreams haunted the Mage in his near-death slumber. He cried out many times, felt warm hands on him, he felt... warm... but then the creatures and horrible things came back and plunged him into unending cold and pain once more.

Turwaithiel could sense her friends discomfort. She smiled at him and said, "I'd better go help them with dinner. I talk with ya later." Then, she left Raelin to his thoughts. When she came back, she saw the Mage having weird dreams. she ran over to him and started to shake him. "Wake up, wake up, mage!" She yelled, shaking him again.

The mage felt like he was falling, falling, falling. He would not wake from his deathly slumber. The streaks of lightning that the black robes had left him had swollen and was inflamed. His body was shattered and he needed healing. "Order.... I .... have betrayed... the ORDER!" he screamed from his unconsiousness. He must be having such an awful dream.

Turwaithiel sighed heavily and let go of him, going to her knees and pulling up her sleeves of her cloak and whispered many Elvish words. She put her hands over his chest and they started to glow an light silver and his breathing calmed.

(sorry about the dp)
The mage felt warm once more. He could almost see the Elf's face now, for he was almost concious. This was unusual and he had never felt anything like this before. He then slumped into a deep, undisturbed sleep.

(don't worry about it...)
Turwaithiel felt him become calm and opened her eyes, sighing and falling back onto the ground, sweat covering her neck and hands. She then stood up and told herself, whom was shaken from using so much energy so quickly, "I must go and get an drink." Then, she walked over an stream nearby.

(sorry i haven't been around..)
Raelin smiled back at her.. and then kept walking deeper into the forest. he withdrew a spikey looking thing from his cloak. he twisted it and it formed into an animal trap. he placed it on the ground then he took out a few more. Next he walked deeper and deeper into the forest until he came to a small market place. and he found a dark alley way. He needed to feed too. So he waited for an unlucky human to cross his path.
An hour later he jogged back to the forest.. his tongue ran over his spiked jagged teeth to lick the delectible human blood off his teeth. He ran back to the traps to check on them and spotted two deer in two traps. he unhooked them and then slinged them over his shoulder. He headed back towards camp. When he got there he quickly wrapped his cloak tighter around his body to hide the blood on his tunic.
(sorry about the long post! ^^)

[sorry... blame school]
Knyn watched with silent appraisal as Turwaithiel healed the mage. He looked up from whetting his greatsword - not that it needed any - just in time to see Raelin return with two dead deer.
"Our destination lies directly over the mountains," Knyn said. He jerked his head at the mage. "If he's in good enough condition, we should leave at daybreak."

Turwaithiel returned from getting her drink and sighed, sitting beside the mage with an small wooden bowl she had filled with water. She took the end of her cloak and took out her dagger, then cut off an fairly small piece of it and dipped it in the water. After she rung out her new rag, she put it on the mage's forhead and then took out an small bottle of herbs she had also collected. She took an few and put them in the water, pouring most of the water out and leaving a couple spoon fulls in as she took the butt-end of her dagger to mash the herbs. After that, she laid her dagger down and whispered an few words, then poured the water into the vile, leaving the herbs in the bowl. She shook up the vile and then lifted the mage's head, giving him the vile to drink, pouring it down his throat slowly until te he drank the entire vile.
She watched as his color returned to his body and then put the vile down, looking over at the others, whom where staring at her and said, "He should awake fully rested in about 2 hours." She comfirmed them.

(his hood has gone by the way)
Meneldor's fever came down, the swelling of his burned limbs calmed. He awoke. "Wh- Where am I? Orcus? Have I at last come to you? To endure eternal agony by your hand?" he asked, he could not see, everything was hazy. He had the worst headache, but nothing compared to what he will do to me next he thought. The ramblings went on as the hours passed, he went into and out of unconciousness, sometimes a peaceful slumber, and sometimes.... not. But he finally opened his eyes to the world three hours before sunrise. he saw the worried look of an Elf over him. 'IM HOME!' was his first thought, but soon he realised where he was. "L-Lady Turwathiel?" he asked, trying to lift his body into a sitting position.

Knyn had been sitting at the edge of camp during his watch, listening to the subtle nuances of the night forest, when Meneldor woke. He was about to go over to greet him when he heard a noise. A chill wind blew from the mountains, snuffing out the last dying embers of the campfire. Something in the darkness stirred. Unsheathing his greatsword in one fluid motion, Knyn moved to rouse the others.
