The Sphinx growled, dust storms were all very well but there was no death in a dust storm. Ok that wasn't true, a sphinx had no problem with a dust storm, a human might.

Avanti took the advantage of the three caught in the dust storm. It wasn't really in her nature to kill others, so you decided to paralize them instead. As the Elf, man, and woman where covering their eyes from the swirling dust around them Ava slowly lowered her arms causing her body to hover above the ground, on leg slid up a litte so that she rose even higher, leaning forward she moved towards them in a blur of shadows.
To the untrained eye it would seem that Ava had poofed and reappeared behind the group, but in truth she had just last her self in the shadows of the arena.
With one movement of her arms she scratched her nail along each ones neck in the soft spot above the nape of their necks causing them to grow limp and fall to the ground. When her enemies where taken care of she rose her hands upwards, feet finally resting on the ground and the dust storm halting in mid-air and falling to the ground, covering the unconcious bodies below her.

Khaisan and Naushada were both intrigued by the dark angel's cunning and abilities. It seemed that they made the right choice to vouch for her. Khaisan noted a man, dressed much like a nomad, enter the arena.

Avanti laughed at the nomad coming towards her, her attention currently preoccupied with fixing her hair and nails.
"And who are you?" Her voice calm and collected, as if she didn't just knock three people unconcious.

The Sphinx looked up with intrest. She had been moveing away, the fight had been disapointing. But that Ghazi clan. They were intresting. She decided, if the angle turned the nomad down, she would challenge him, it was along time scince she had fought one of them.
