phillipa ran to the eagle, and inspected it quickly. "it's not that bad. The eagle should be able to heal in a month or so. He'll live." Phillipa turned to watched the dragon disapear behind a mountain. "Well. at least we don't have a dragon problem any more."

the Ketsa'chern lent over th eagel and produced her healing bag, and applied a compass to his breast. "No Tirnano is a normal eagel, mostly. He just has the ability to have spells cast on him that i can activate at any moment. The Trondim or Mage at my camp did it.

"oh..." Phillipa went back to the horses, since the two that were with her were helping the fallen golden eagle. "come one, Granit. I need to saddle you up now. We should get going before anybody, or anything comes our way."
She quickly resaddled the buckskin mare in seconds. A wrustling in the bushes made her stop, Phillipa looked at were the sound was coming from.
"oh. Come here you two..." Phillipa said, and there was a whinney and out of the bushes came two horses...

Phillipa giggled when they came up to her and tickled her with their muzzles, sniffing to make sure she was in one piece.
"the dapple gray stallion is Pride," Lilly pointed at the dapple grey, that was now making sure Granit was okay, "And the Chestnut gelding is Trustful," she pointed to the chestnut that stood right beside her wanting to be pet. Shaking her hea, Phillipa scratched the horse's forehead...

"They weren't. The king lets my horses in and out of the stable any time they please. He's convinced they'll always go back for the hay. But I think the hay they use is way too rich for those horses..."

Monisa nooded but still looked about warily, animals were used to track thierowners by the mountain tribes, she didn't see why this king should be any less ruthless
