Takeshi politely smiled at Estelle, "I'm Takeshi Yuuyami. Gorgeous name, by the way. And I've got a parked car down in the nearest car park - you can put everything in the boot."
He then turned to the other mutant, "And do you have anything with you that you'd like to take... ehm... sorry, what is your name?"

"Catrin Idris." Catrin replied curtly, "But I have nothing to bring, only myself and these...clothes that I've been living in for god knows how long." Her hazel eyes darted to Takeshi's face momentarily. "I'll be glad to get rid of anything that reminds me of what I have been."

Estelle returned Takeshi's smile. "Thank you." she replied politely. "I have dragged this around for who knows how long." she muttered, the smile fading from her face as memories of the agency and her life with brutal mutants flooded her mind.

"Catrin Idris...", Takeshi mumbled to himself in a dazed tone, "Welsh origin, isn't it?"

Before Catrin could answer he yelled to Tai and Raye, "Hey - are you lot coming as well?", straying away from sounding obnoxious.

After a moment's hesitation, he then turned his attention back on Estelle, "Any bags I need to carry for you, Ms Knight?"

"That's alright. I have it. Thank you though." she replied as she lifted the medium suitcase once more and followed Takeshi. She glanced back once at the group, deciding that she would catch up with them later. I bet there are other mutants at the train station. she thought to herself, remembering the encounter with the stranger who killed human and then caused her to unwittingly kill another. Well if there are any there, I hope there are no repercussion of this day's incident. she thought in silence, knowing that would her hope was nothing more than that of a fool.

"No problem, no problem at all," Takeshi replied as Estelle thanked him for his offer. He lead her to the car park, expecting Catrin to follow as well.

"Are you two gonna explain anything about yourselves?", he suggested as he made his way across the road - not looking back to see if Raye, Tai and Mai were coming as well... All the better if they're not, really, he thought to himself, Raye and I have been bickering a lot recently.

Catrin did follow them, but she hung back a little, Estelle seemed more sure of herself in the current company. She also wasn't overly keen on the idea of telling all about herself, there was still the possibility that she'd drowned her father, even though she didn't wait to find out.


Mai watched the others go and turned to Raye, "So, what's the plan now?" She asked, and then added slightly less confidently, "And we should think about what we'll do if we do get more mutants to come with us, I somehow doubt Takeshi will enjoy going back and forth from HYENA to collect them..."

Raye sighed, "I can just take them back in my car. But we only have room for one more."
He turned to face both Mai and Tai with a joking smirk, "Except if one of you would like to walk back."

Estelle remained silent for a moment, not sure how much of her past she wanted to reveal. With a sigh, she gave a brief description of her history. "I grew up in an agency after my parents abandoned me because of my powers. The humans there were brutal and at the age of 13 I fled with only the clothes on my back. Afterwards, I was discovered by an underground group who showed me how to harness my magic somewhat and in my gratitude at their acceptance, I became their slave. She fell silent for a moment, staring off into space. "I brought about unspeakable horrors upon the mortal world-believing that they alone were responsible for my misery." she whispered softly. "And probably would still be doing so if it were not for a child. A young girl barely the age of four. I remember how she looked up at me, a mixture of hurt and fear plastered on her face...." she broke off then, shaking her head before continuing. "I had become everything that I hated. Blinded by my hate, I did what they had done to me, except the pain I inflicted was ten times worse." She paused a moment more before speaking again. "So I fled the underground. Ever since then I worked odd jobs here and there, earning money where I could and running before people found out about my mutant abilities." She shrugged as they continued to walk. "I thought my past was behind me. Yet it resurfaced today at the train station. I was on my way to the mansion when I ran into another mutant who tried to persuade me otherwise. In our conflict two humans were slain. One by his hand, one by my own magic." Her hand clenched tighter around the handle of her suitcase as she spat out her words. "I should not have interfered." she murmured more to herself. "The dagger that I made to strike the mutant, hit the human instead, though it struck the my target afterwards-wounding him." She sighed. "You probably despise me now, and would have the right to do so." she said softly, her rich brown eyes staring straight ahead. "For I have only aggravated a tense situation-one that may lead to an all out war."

Takeshi paused... then finally said, "You're not alone. Many mutants have gone through such things... and it must of been unbearable for you. I understand."

He had now come to the car park and as he searched for his vehicle, he came across Raye's.

"You mentioned another mutant... tell me briefly again what happened," Takeshi requested and noted all this down from a slightly torn piece of paper that he had pulled out from his jacket. He wrote down an extra warning along with his signature, carefully placing the note inbetween the windscreen wipers of Raye's car.

"Hopefully they don't cross paths with that mutant later on."

He then made his way to his own car and opened the boot for Estelle to place her belongings in and unlocked the rest of the car for Catrin to sit down inside.

Catrin climbed in, folding her wings carefully. Only twice in her life had she been in a car - this was the second time. Her father once was forced to take her out for some reason she couldn't even remember, and that journey had been uncomfortable. Wings and cars weren't meant to go together and she didn't use the seatbelt, nor could she lean back in true comfort. Chairs were the same, so she'd always opted for stools or remained standing. Estelle and Takeshi joined her in the car moments later, and she tucked her hands underneath her legs, looking out of the window.

Takeshi considerately asked, "Are you OK? Just want to make sure before I get this car driving," and smiled softly at Catrin.

He opened the car door and shuffled into the driver's seat, slamming the car door behind him, "Want me to put the radio on or play any music?".

Catrin nodded quickly and one of her rare smiles graced her face. "I'll be fine. When...when we get there will we be able to wash?" She added, blushing in sharp contrast to her pale complexion.
