He smiled at her, his hood lowered, he met her eyes and his gaze became dark. "In the Inn, I fooled them into thinking that I was still part of THEIR Order. I tried to speak with you and do the breakout a bit more subtly than that. The Strength was enough... barely. they found me out and attacked me. I slaughtered them all, but the mages were a particular hazard that needed wits, not braun (or magic) to defeat."

(whoops i did!)
Raelin galloped forward to catch up to Knyn. Finally he caught up with him. To his delight shadow imps were attacking Knyn! (not the Knyn part the shadow imsp part =P) So he hopped off his horse. The truth was, he detested horses.. The only reason he used them was because his wings were greatly injured in his last adventure. And they were still in the healing process. Anyways, he fought better on the ground.
While dismounting his horse he made dark magic hand signs towards 5 shadow imps. "Blood depart." he muttered to himself as all their blood spurted out of them and entered Raelin's body making him stronger.. How did it get in his body you ask? by the hole in his right hand. which he just uncovered by taking off his glove.
(yea i know that was really dumb.... but i'm tired..)
