Avalyn changed to normal form from horse form, in which she had been traveling as, and practicly colasped on the ground.

"I pity all of your horses. Galloping and cantering all day is tiring." She said, gazing up at the twinkling stars that were begining to appear overhead. She then turned her head, in a rather careless manner towards Lana.

"Lana, what will we do tomarrow? And how do you plan to get inside this hidden dungeon?"

Lana looked up. "We'll continue again. And as for your last question, I'll discuss it with you privately."

She then turned to the others, indicating a small cluster of tents. "The five tents right there are for us. Pick and choose. Mine is the one closest to the archery field. The large building at the center of camp is mess hall. They'll be serving dinner soon."

-----------------------------------------------

(time to get some action going)

Yaska sat in the tree, her dark tongue hungrily licking her lips. Her dark violet eyes flashed at the movement below. Flesh. Wonderful hot flesh. They had done their masters bidding and found the rebels. Now it was time to feast. She smiled revealing sharp, pointy teeth.

The Nocturn was in her human-like form. She was beautiful but in a cold way. Her features were sharp and dark. Her hair was the darkest color of midnight and seemed to slither down her back.

"We must wait for night," she whispered to her fellow Nocturn. Her voice was raspy, like a snake's hiss. It would send a shiver down any mortal's spine.

Aldaar got off his horse like the rest of his party, he still hated the dwarf but it was okay now the group had been through a lot action today. Entered into the one of the tents, pushing the other group members. "This is mine, so stay away" he encased his tent not to let any of the members of the party get inside for some time till they ride again.

Lana ignored Aldaar and took the reins of her horse from the groom.

"You may either picket you're horse outside or there is some free stalls in the stable if you wish. The grooms will show you or just follow me.” She led Anarel and the wagon to the stables and selected a stall, not waiting to see what the others would do. They were not babies which was why she selected them. They could either get help or find their way around camp by themselves.

Slowly she removed the mare’s tack and found a brush. Gently she swiped at the mare’s coat, removing the dirt that had lodged up on journey. When she finished with her, she untied Phoenix from the wagon outside and did the same. Lana inspected Phoenix’s tack as she would be riding her instead tomorrow and set it on the rail outside of the stall.

“Should I feed them for you ma’am?” asked a gawky looking stable hand.
“No thank you. I’d like to do it myself,” she said politely.

Humming lightly, she put grains and hay into the stalls. When she finished, she leaned against the half-door and just watched Anarel. Then she turned and went into the mess hall.

Yaska eagerly watched the darkening sky. Blood. Flesh. Feast. She insanely giggled. Though she did not particularly enjoy the killing part, the feast at the end was always enjoyable.

“Spread out,” she snapped to the Nocturn. She hated having others around. She moved faster and got to eat more when she was alone. But the camp was big, although with not to many warriors, it would be impossible to take by herself. “We’ll eat soon.”

Meleth had disappeared along with Minuial and was sitting in her horse's stall, bits of straw clinging to her silver hair. "You're the only one whose company hasn't been irritating today," she observed to the palomino mare, who eyed her a moment before returning to the plentifully filled manger. "I congratulate you."

Koltok was prepared before the others: He was his own horse, and he was surprisingly flexible when it came to cleaning and brushing himself. With everything set up, he stood under a tree, prepared to sleep, a bow by his side.

Korinth ran his brush over the tall mare. He had dubbed her Midnight Rose, a name that seemed a bit frivolous to him, but it suited her dark almost black red color. Besides, he could alwas call her Middi, or Rose.

Lana sat down with a bowl of stew, she ate it quickly, not caring who saw her wolf down her food. It had been a long day.
----------------------------------

Yaska felt herself transform. Her arms became longer and her legs morphed into the hind legs of a creature. Her face became almost flat with only a short muzzle sticking out. Her skin looked like dark tree bark. Her fingers grew longer and slightly webbed.

When the mutation was complete, a dark, grotesque creature crouched in her place. Resembling a tiger and reptile. She smiled revealing long fangs. She also appeared to have no eyes. She leaned backwards and the beast was gone, becoming part of the tree. Hidden in the wood, she slunk down the tree. She sensed the movement of the others around her. She slipped off the tree and became part of the ground, slowly sneaking toward the camp where tons of prey scurried about. She smiled with satisfaction as she suddenly heard the horses going crazy in the stable.

Feast the others chorused in a language that only the Nocturn could hear.

Feast. Feast. Feast. Feast.
