Night fell as the pirates traveled through the swamp in rowboats, taking in their surroundings. Fireflies flew past them like little lamps guiding the way. Finally they came to a wooden shack in the middle of the swamp and made their way to the door.
Standing in the doorframe was a dark-skinned woman that went by the name of Tia Dalma. The woman smiled brightly. "Jack Sparrow... what be you doin' here at this time?"
(( Artemis - You haven't missed much - we've just gone to Cannibal Island, rescued Jack and gotten out of the cages and now we're at Tia Dalma's. ))

Uncharacteristically silent, Hattie looked around in awe. Normally, she would have been talking and laughing with her mates, but for some reason this place sobered her usually jubiliant nature. She felt that it... commanded respect of a sort.
She turned suddenly when a woman with a thick Jamaican accent spoke. Hattie realized that this must be the woman that Jack had come to see, Tia Dalma. She looked at Jack, wondering what the man could be up to now. _________________ I'm back!

Jack waltzed up into the small shack and poked out his chest proudly. "Tia Dalma!" he announced looking the Voo Doo Witch over with a grin on his face.

Very suspicous of these strange surroundings, Will entered the shack slowly, observing the large tube-like glasses that hung from the ceiling, containing various objects....of some sort.... Will's attention was no where near Tia Dalma or Jack, instead he was trying to decide if that yellow snake, in the shack, was real or stuffed....
(Will, I really don't know what to tell you. Uh, do you want Elizabeth and James to meet up with Jack somehow besides Tortuga? Change the plot of the story a little?)

At the sudden ignorant act done by Tia Dalma, Jack's attention wavered and the Captain turned around to see her and William close to one another. Jack pulled up a lip and watched it unfold.
