Jack grabbed Devina's foot and flipped it out from underneath her, making her fall to the floor. He grinned for a moment, laughing at what he just had done to her and stood up. He casually brushed off some of the dust on his coat and looked down to her and said, "Oh, I never hit women..so, I don't know what yer point is?" He was practically calling all the girls on deck, men.

Jack smirked at Devina in a sly way, once more, before he had turned his back on her to look at Vari. "Comin', comin'!" He shouted back to her. And in no time he was standing next to her as he grabbed hold of the steer.

Jack excepted the slap without getting upset. He stared at the now high sun in the sky with a squint of his dark eyes. He wondered how far his destination was, and how long it would take them to get there. His head then titled downwards and he reached down to unclip the compass.

Jack snatched the map from Vari's hand with greedy eyes. He opened it up and examined every detail of it. He saw where she had marked the red and said, "Interestin', very interestin'.." Of course the idiot didn't know he was looking at it upside down.

Jack felt her breath behind him and he peered his eyes over his shoulder. He frowned and tried to pretend she wasn't there. Instead, he stared at a bird that had flown infront of the suns light.

In an instant Jack crumbled the map into a closed position and he stuffed it in his sack coat. He grabbed hold of the steer once more and said in a harsh voice in reply back to Devina, "Of course I can....satisfied?"
