Remus approached to the group with Margaret. Sirius, Danielle, James and Lily... All of them were there and by the looks on their faces he knew what happened few moments ago "Hello gang." he grinned "How about you stop all that what you are doing? Lets go and do something all together. Let me hear some ideas."

James' carefully ruffled hair seemed to wilt at Lily's sharp tone. He swore he wouldn't do anything against the rules during the trip into town. It was his sixth year, for goodness' sake! If he didn't impress her this year, he'd only have one more year to do so, and it wasn't enough time.

He smiled in a rather smallish sort of manner.

"Hey, Lil -- err -- Evans."

He rubbed the back of his neck uneasily and glanced over to Remus, for once in a very long while, not quite sure of what to say now.

Danielle looked over at James, who she could tell was clamming and getting nervous. "Um.." she said, thinking fast, "Uh, why don't we go to -- um...." She looked at James and in a split second said, without speaking, <i>'You better be grateful for what I'm doing to cover up for you.'</i> "Honeydukes!" she suddenly said audibly. "That's it - Honeydukes!"

"Yeah," said Danielle, a tad overenthusiastically. She began to walk quickly and exchanged a look with Sirius; one she only gave when he and James had nearly been caught by McGonagall or something.

Lily sighed at the look on James' face. "Jam-Potter..." she said quietly,"You promise you won't make any trouble on this trip...?"

"He won't!" said Danielle, smiling broadly. "<i>Will</i> you, James?"

Lily felt very uncomfortable. She had just nearly called Potter, James...

Danielle hung back to talk with Lily. "Listen, Lily, they're not that bad. Remember <i>I</i> used to hate them in, what, first, second year? Then I got to know them. They're cool - they're funny."

Lily frowned,"Cool?" she asked,"You call him cool?" though as she glanced up at James she could see the coolness, the way he walked and talked, the way he smiled and laughed...

Danielle shrugged. "Well, yeah...I mean-" she shook her head wildly "-not like that! I mean, they're cool to be around. Especially the way they bicker sometimes....how do you think I met this one?" - she jerked her thumb at Sirius, who was a bit ahead of them. "He replaced my teacup with a nose-biting one. Don't you remember that?"
