Inara spun round and gave her a strained look "I know Rhodrian. It's as we feared." turning back to the other Council members Inara spoke firmly "we must have all available personel ready. Get X-Wings in the air and have people on the ground incase, Bane and his clones try to invade"

Just as Inara spoke another bomb went off and one of the windows of the Council chamber smashed with a loud explosion, knocking Inara off her feet and throwing her backwards.

Rhodrian ran to the door and let Viree in "This is Vira dean she can piolet like no one i'v seen, i ask permission gor her to help in the attack. I'l voch for her."
"Vir Dean you say, well i don't see why not" replied a leniant Master.
"Thankyou, carry on Inara" Rhodrian ran out of the Chamber to the hangers to find her own craft

A Master stepped foreward and pulled Inara to a sitting posistion waveing herbs under her nose. "Come we must go" the other Masters nodded and left the room helping Inara with them, they went into the War room and began dispensing orders (that ok?)

Bane rose from his chair to observe the ships flying out toward the fleet, some were civilians fleeing others were small battle ships.
"Kill them all."
Buttons were pushed and many gun turrets jerked with power aiming at many different vessels, firing bolts of laser at anything moving. The other ships joined in the baptism of fire.
"Contact the Jedi."
The screen flickered on to show the Jedi council, the windows filled with fire and crumbling buildings.
"Ah I am glad you still live Jedi. My name is Bane, a name you shall not forget. These are my terms, the utter surender of the Jedi council to me or I shall kill you all now."

Inara slowly started to regain her senses, her eyes blurring. But she recognised the cold, harsh voice of Bane. It was muffled though, mixed in with an unfamilair sound of panic within the Jedi voices.
She slowly, rose to her feet. Walking through the bustle of Jedi, her eyes were becoming more clear and focussed. The large screen in the War Room had Bane's face looking back at her. It was full of self satisfaction.
Her resolve was clear, she felt her strength return with every moment she looked at his face.
She opened her mouth and began to speak.
"We will never surrender to you Bane. We will fight, till the death." she was full of grim determination. "I would rather die than live on my knees as a servant of your dark army"

"Very well. Your pathetic planet is now defensless. Send the transporters."
The docking bays to every ship opened and out of each came three huge transport ships, all containing two hundred Bane clones. Bane grined as the began to enter the planet's atmosphere.
"See you soon."
He cut the transmission off and started for his own personal ship.

Rhodrian mustered the battelships "You know the proceder GO" they scattered towards thier ships thier crews behind them. She stood in front of the Fighter Piolets. "Follow me, Bane will anticipate every thing we do so...be creative!" they hurried with her to tier X-Wings and they took off to attack

Inara stood staring at the blank screen. She thought over Bane's words, his face still in her head. She felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked up to see the face of Master Khalla.
"It has begun my friend."
His voice was low and hushed. Inara sensed fear in him, she looked at him, her face and demeanour oddly calm.
"We will be ready for them, Master. Let me lead an infantry group. I want to be on the front line."

Khalla thought over her query and obliged "It is your destiny to partake in such a battle, my dear Inara. Go with peace and May the Force be with you" he nodded and bowed to her.
Inara responded by bowing back to him "I shall see you again my old friend" and turned and walked out, gathering a band of Knights with her.

Inara lead the troop of Jedi Knights as she made her way to the outside of the temple. Bombs and explosions were going off all around them. Inara did not flinch, she was focussed and determined not to give in to fear.
She stopped just outside the main door to the Jedi Temple. The troops all stood in line behind her. The troop was modest, less than 50, including Inara herself.
Turning to them she spoke with a strong clear voice "Soon Bane's clone troops will be here. Do not give in to your fears, do not give in to hatred. But the Temple must be protected at all costs. We are seriously outnumbered. But with strength, honour and pride, we shall prevail. Good Luck all of you, and May the Force be with you all"
She turned her back to the Knights, and lit her Lightsabre up. It's irredesence, glowed on her face.

The transports were swift in avoiding the incoming attackers, and the five battle ships began launching wave after wave of missles and other laser shots into them. Bane watched as the many ships met in the middle and the transports tried to avoid the many other blasts from the jedi craft. Five exploded after many shots penetrated the armoured hull, Seven managed to land, the other three still weaving in and out of shots.
On the surface the ships all landed around the Temple, surounding it. The doors opened and ramps lowered. Out of them came the identical men, all in black robes, all carrying a red saber. They marched in perfect unison and ranked up around the temple. They did not attack, but merey stood, looking imposing and threatening.

On board the Tombstone Bane was grinning as his plan was coming together.
"Prepare my ship." He said to no one in particular, knowing the order would be carried out.

Inara and the modest troop of Jedi behind her stood there ground. Unflinching, unwaivering, never taking there eyes off Banes' clones.
"Stand firm my friends" Inara said.
One by one each Jedi lit there lightsabres up and prepared for a stand off.

The clones stood still, the wind offering the only movement in their cloaks. The fires burning all around did little to them, no sweat, no signs of moving from the flames.
Bane boarded his ship and, pressing buttons, flew out of the Tombstone and head through wreckage and explosions to the planet, shooting other vessels down. He watched another transport exploded as the last one entered the atmosphere with Bane. The transport landed and the clones form another block in front of the temple. Bane's ship landed behind the ranks of clones. The door slid open, a cloud of smoke exiting with the figure. He steped down a walkway, his hair waving in the breeze. He smiled and looked around at the destruction he had made as he walked through a gap in the ranks to aproach the jedi. He held his arms out wide as a sign of good faith and stopped in between the jedi and his clones.
"Inara," He called."Jedi! I am giving you one last chance. Surender now and I shall spare you lives."

Inara watched as Bane walked out among his clones and stood between both sides. She listened to him intently and began to speak "You know my answer Bane. We will not surrender."
She stood tall and proud, her face showing no sign of fear.

Bane chuckeled and held his arms out wide, swinging them as he glanced at his men.
"You say that before what you see?! Inara, you see you have little chance."
He took a step closer, his eyes narrowing at her.
"Inara, you can save lives today. Think about the death your stubborness has already caused."
