Danielle turned to Lily when she said she wanted to ask her something. She asked how Sirius and she met. She sighed and smiled, putting down the Pepper Imps she had been looking at. "It's kind of funny, actually...I used to hate him, just like you with James. I used to think, 'Why does he do that to people? What purpose does it serve?' Then he got me. He replaced my teacup with a nose-biting one in 1st year, and I really hated him. I had to walk around with little red spots on my nose - I think he gave the cup teeth...Anyway, so, I eventually got to know them, and we became friends. Well, then it went from there."

Danielle crossed her arms and said, "Oh, come on, Lily, don't play dumb. I can see it. James doesn't see it 'cause he's too busy trying to impress you and change your view about him, and the other's don't 'cause they don't pay attention, but I do." She smiled and turned back to the Pepper Imps and Chocolate Frogs.
