Gathering Rosalina's bags and her own, Calista then turned toward her sister. "Come, Ro," she said softly. "We will make this work," she whispered. When Gareth asked if they needed help dismounting, Calista turned toward him and gave him a soft smile. Normally she tried to dismount on her own, but with the bags weighing her down she knew she would probably just tumble out of the wagon without assistance. "Yes, please," she said softly. "If it wouldn't be much trouble," she added, hating to inconvenience anyone.

Darius just stood nearby, afraid that Rosalina would shrink back at sight of him.

Rosalina nodded. But when Gareth came and lifted Calista down she whimpered and shrunk back agian with made Gareth sigh. "I'm going in." he said.

Wrapping her arms around Gareth as he lifted her down, Calista gave him a sad smile as Rosalina shrunk back. "Thank you," she told him softly after he set her down. She then nodded when he told her that he was going inside. "I'll join you then so I can get the place cleaned up," she remarked figuring the place would be in disrepair at just the exterior of the home. Yet she was not about to ask Gareth to help her clean the place up. He had already done so much for her already that she wanted to make the place comfortable for him, her sister and Darius to live in. Afterwards she set the bags on the ground and turned back to Rosalina. Stretching her hand out so she could help her down, she just gave her sister an encouraging smile. "Come, Ro," she said gently. "Gareth is a good man, he will not harm you. Nor will Darius, for he loves you more than life itself."

"Yes, Ro," Calista said gently. "They have been travelling with us," she added softly, hoping that since her sister now knew who the men where, she would not be as terrified of them. "Come, sister," Calista urged gently.

Meanwhile, Darius walked up to where Calista had set down the bags and picked up Rosalina's but would not touch Calista's. Let her carry her own things, Darius thought to himself. Hearing a rustling near her, Calista saw Darius just pick up Rosalina's belongings and knew at once that he was telling her that she was filth, yet she decided not to comment on his actions, figuring that he was right to hate her.

Rosalina left the wagon and held onto her sister. She saw Darius, but wasn't sure if she could go to him yet. Shame and fear mixing withing her.

Soon Gareth returend. "Its clear, a few small animals and creatures. But thats it."

Holding on to her sister, Calista stooped for a second to pick up her own bags. "There is nothing to be worried or ashamed over," Calista whispered to her sister gently as she kept her hand on her.
When Gareth returned a few minutes later and told them that only a few small creatures had made their home in their dwelling since they had been away, Calista gave the mage a small smile and nodded. "Thank you for scouting the home for us," she told him softly before glancing at her sister for a brief minute and then turned to look over at Darius who was glaring at her. "Come, Ro," she said softly. "I want to make sure that your room is comfortable at least and then check on the condition of the guest rooms to make sure they are suitable for our company. Then I think we should all probably have a meal," she added quietly.

Still carrying Rosalina's belongings, Darius wouldn't mind cleaning Rosalina's room for her, but was not going to do a thing to help Calista---still wanting to punish her for everything that happened to his love.

After letting her eyes adjust to the darkness of the abandoned manor, Calista could make out the cobwebs and dust lining the walls and furniture that remained behind. Setting her bag down for a brief moment, Calista gently took Rosalina's hands in hers. "Darius does not hate you, Ro. He loves you. Right now, I think he is afraid that he will scare you so he is keeping his distance. He is angry over everything that happened to you, but does not blame you for any of it. Nor do I think he sees you as filthy but a beautiful woman who was beaten and ravished to protect her troublesome sister," Calista remarked softly so only Rosalina could hear her words. "You've endured a terrible trauma Ro, and Darius will understand why you saw another in the dark," she added as she leaned forward and bent slightly to press a light kiss to her sister's forehead.

Following the girls into the home after a few minutes, Darius made sure to keep his distance from the sisters---one out of pure repulsion the other because he did not want to terrify her. As he entered, he could hear Calista murmuring something to her sister and thinking that the woman was complaining about his behavior to her, he resolved to hate her more.

"If Darius didn't want you, Ro, he would have left already," Calista said softly. "He had the perfect opportunity to while we were in the wagon since he basically flew himself here. Nor would he be here now, carrying your bags," Calista added gently. "Now shall we go and see your room?" Calista asked her, wanting to make sure that at least her sister's room would be comfortable to sleep in. After that, she was going to check on the guest quarters and give Rosalina a chance to rest.

Rosalina cried out when Darius spoke. She wasn't ready to be near him yet. She trembled and buried her face in her sister mumbling 'not yet, too soon.'

Gareth soon returned to the building, seeing the group. 'Whats going on."

Darius backed away as Rosalina cried out, a semi-hurt expression on his face. As Rosalina buried her face into her, Calista wrapped her arms around her before gently stroking her hair. "Shh, Ro. It's okay. I understand," she whispered soothingly. "Everything will be all right," she murmured, letting her sister cling on to her for as long as she wanted to. When Gareth stepped into the room, Calista gave the mage a sad smile. "Rosalina is still deeply traumatized over everything that happened," she said softly. "So seeing Darius caused her to recoil in fear," she added gently as she still continued to stroke her sister's hair.

Calista nodded at Gareth's suggestion. "Are you sure?" Calista asked Gareth when he offered to cook. "I can make a meal after wards," she said, hating to have the mage do extra work after he had already done so much for them. Glancing down at her younger sister, Calista just continued to stroke her hair. "Ro, let's go to your room. If it is dusty, I can clean it while you relax. You need the rest after everything that happened today," she whispered.

"I can start to clean the main area," Darius mumbled as he shot a glare at Calista, blaming her for the distance that Rosalina was keeping between them.
