She nodded. "~My name is Megera.~" She smiled. She could feel the pain of being taken away from her home decrease. Her famliy had died several years ago. Maybe because of Imhotep, she felt the change. he looked at her like her teachers would have if waiting for an answer. Maybe if she got to know him better then she could become some thing more then a slave or pupil to him. "*What would you have me learn now?*" She asked.

"*I think that may be enough for one day,*" he said, "*You may go to your quarters.*"

She nodded and left, not realising that Imhoteps eyes followed her. Soon she was in the slave quarters. She noticed a young teen a few years younger then herself. She had brown hair like her own but brown eyes, not blue like hers. "*Hello.*" She said.

Anara looked over her shoulder, after slightly jumping from a voice. She smiled, as she noticed it was just a girl about her age. "*Good day. May I help you with something?*" She wiped her hands on her peasant dress and bowed to Megera, thinking she was someone of high royalty now. Since, she had just left Imhotep's quarters.

Megera looked at the woman. "*Um why are you bowing to me?*" she asked.

Anara stood up straight, and eyed Megera. "*Are you not royalty?*" She folded her arms, slowly.

She shook her head. "*No, I am a slave. Like you. The name is Megera.*"

Anara smiled and nodded. "*Pleased to meet you, Megera. My name is Anara.*" She chuckled a little and then tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear.

She smiled at Anara. "*Nice to meet you. How long have you been here, as a slave? And where are you from?*" She asked.

((Aerwen, If you want. Imhotep could be thinking of the new slave he was teaching, and possibly bump into Nefretiti.))

Anara thought about it for a moment and then smiled a little. "*I have been working here for seven years. I am seventeen at the moment." She folded her arms and sighed. "*What about you? I don't think I've ever seen you around here, before.*"

Imhotep walked through the many walkways and passageways of the palace at Thebes, thinking about the unique slave he had just taught. He suddenly looked up and saw the princess. He stopped and bowed. "Nefertiri," he said.

Name: Kineera ('Kihn-air-uh')

Description: Has slightly browned skin, mainly from the sun, but also because she's a local Egyptian, long, dark hair, and unusually blue eyes, instead of the natural Egyptian brown.

Background: Has roots in the past, but does not realize it until Evelyn and Rick come searching for the lost tombs and treasures of the Pharoahs. Works in the hotel Rick, Evelyn, and everyone else are staying in as a waitress. Notices their endeavors and decides to help them, knowing something of the ancient Egyptians....she just doesn't realize she's one of them....yet. She finds out that she's one of them in a dream she has, not long after coming face to face with the mummified form of Imhotep at the pyramid, since she went on the excursion with them. Her status in the Ancient Days was as a well-paid and beloved musician of the court who worked her way up from being a slave to a hired musician, under the favor of the Pharoah.
