Hector sighed...Paris never seemed to grow up. He took a sword that his father had once used and gave it to Paris, saying, "This is the sword of Troy. Keep it safe, for our father used to glorify Troy. Maybe you will do the same."

Paris took the sword of Troy from Hector's hands. He examined it and looked it over in awe. "I will uphold this sword with honor today. Menelaos will die by it." With that, he kissed the sword and headed toward the gates that lead outside to the battle.

Hector followed his brother outside Troy where the entire Trojan army stood before them. On the walls, the famed Trojan archers stood, waiting for the battle to begin.

Paris mounted his princely horse and looked toward the large Greek army that laid ahead in the sandy distance. He tightened the belt around his waist and then began to trot toward the empty gap between the two armies....he did not wait for Hector.

The Trojans were getting ready for the war, all of the soldiers were arranged in an order before the gate of Troy. Priam, Andromeda and Helen was watching from the up with worried eyes. At that time, Greeks appeared on the other side, they were approaching toward Trojans. And Achilleus were at the peak of a hill silently watching with his loyal men whom swore to die whenever Achilleus says.
The army stopped and the chariots continued moving toward. Oddysseus was one of them heading toward Trojans with Agamennon, Menelaus, Ajax and the rest. He was quite curious about what will happen next. Lack of having Achilleus in the war made certainly upset him. But he knew that the greatest army of Greeks would win the war under a good management. Unfortunately, he highlydoubted the skills Agamennon had. His chariot stopped along with others. He prefer to stay at the back unlike Agamennon.
