Devina folded her arms, the trinkets and chains bearing pendants around her neck clicking pleasantly as she stood more casually to watch this little interaction.

Will's eyes darted back and forth from Elizabeth's sword to her face. He smiled and gave a nervous laugh,"All right...I'll tell you. Jack wanted to come to the ball, but we knew he could not get in because ....he's a pirate. We became drunk at Port Royal's tavern and came up with a plan to dress Jack as a woman for a disguise. We then found the wenches dressing room and Jack changed clothes there."
Will took in a deep breath, "There you have it."
He then looked at Jack and said, "Jack, your clothes and affects are at the tavern."

Jack jumped up from the chair with wide eyes. "What?" The kohl-rimmed eyes shifted back and forth. The most likely, in that pub, Jack's clothes would've been stolen by now...

Stepping closer to Elizabeth, Will said, "Elizabeth! There were NO wenches in the dressing room! I swear it!"
He then turned back to Jack and said, "Jack, tell her! Tell her there were no wenches in the room!"
