Will smiled back at his wife, glad to she her grin. He feared he would not see that in a long while, after this journey began. He hoped it would soon as she sat down beside Drake, and he looked at his old friend, if you would call him that, Jack, and nodded. "Good'ay, Jack." He said simply, in greeting.

Jupiter quickly parried, her reflexes were sharp as well, she then did a flèche. Which is a very fast, aggresive action made by flinging yourself at your opponent with your arm extended and then running past them to make it harder for them to hit you if you don't hit them.

Hawk watched the duel for a while longer before turning his attention back to the angry sea. A strong wave crashed against the side of the ship nearly knocking him from his feet. "Well wasn't that lovely." He mumbled to himself. He thought about the Turner girl in the brig. Why and I being so nice to her?!?! I don't know her ... but why do I want to help her so much? He frowned at the gray horizon.

A surprised look crossed Lotty's face for a moment. "really?" she thought over all her friend said. "aye, I suppose that would be grand. Katrina nodded. "My brothers named after our father as well. Daniel, but Mother and I always called my brother Danny. It was a habit she kept after my father died, calling my father by his real name. But I was too young when he died to know his real name."

Minorly surprised by the attack, Alex threw herself to the side, whirling her arm and blade around at Jupiter's back. She appreciated once more that she faced an extremely talented opponent. But likewise was she, so she had been told. _________________ <center>

Jupiter let out a swear word, as she spun around. She had just dodged Alex's attack. She was glad to have a very talented opponent though, it would help give her practice. As she spun around, she brought her sword up, but instead of bringing it down on Alex's head, she quickly changed and brought her sword towards Alex's left side.

It was Alex's turn to swear as she threw herself back and out of the range of the blade, a difficult feat considering the planks of wood on the deck were slippery with rain water. "Nice one, mate," she said. She feigned a horizontal blow at Jupiter's head and then landed a surprise blow on Jupiter's right side, nicking her arm.
