Minara sighs and leaves Jack there, his hands still tied. "Botheration... What's the point of a pirate who doesn't enjoy excitement?...." She walks over to the crew and watches as her other two ships dock.

Devina laughed and looked up. The sunlight came from many gems on the roof of a massive cave. It was so well camoflaged, that one could hardly tell it appart from the reall thing.

Chris looked at the island with worried eyes.

"Let`s just hope that Jack and his friend haven`t reached it before us since I always have my bad habbit of expecting to run into trouble, not to mention sparrow means always trouble..."

Chris quickly fot a comfirmation that his paranoia wasn`t waste, an echo that everyone could hear reached the ship and Chris sighed.

"If that isn`t Jack then I presume someone can hear a lot of like him.."

Chris looked at the crew.

"Ready the boats! We are going ashore..."

(sorry, but that was a good idea... darn... I hate to lose, I mean the awards... no one will vote for me anymore probably...)

As the ship threw anchor, a loud shout echoed about the caves. The 'Dawntreader' grew suddenly still.
Devina glanced about "Fold the sails! Get everything ready to go ashore!" Her voice shook slightly, and for once the sailors obey directly...

Minara hears Jack and shakes her head. "Maybe for the love ' blood, but rum?...." She grins and laughs. "I'll only untie you when you tell me the true reason you were trying to kill me...." Suddenly she hears the shouts from another boat, echoing across the huge city and through the moist, cool air. A snarl curls her lip, and she gies the same shrieking call she gave before, but this one has a different note. The mean on each of her ships start a flurry of activity and ready themselves to go ashore.

Then, an answering screech echoes across the water, and is joined by thousands of other voices a moment later, all lilting an eerie note that swirls about the city and sets the water to shimmering oddly. A strange humming noise joins it from the depths of the shimmering water, and a shrill, keening dirge pitches through the air down at the ships. All of it combines to create the most otherworldy chorus anyone has ever heard. Minara stares at the city, a look of exhilaration on her face, and the shimmering light of the water reflects wildly in her eyes. The crews stare at the island in horror as Minara moves forwards towards the bow of the ship, listening to the fey song.

Minara glances over at Jack, then back at the city, which is suddenly swarming with eerie lights. A grin spreads across her face and lets out the same shriek again, but this time melds it with the other voices. After a moment, the whole sound dies back into emptiness, leaving echoes bouncing off the farthest walls and reverberating around everyone. "Well, it seems as though it's inhabited..." Minara smirks and looks at Jack again. "Y'know, for a pirate, you sure do get queasy rather often...."

The crews, meanwhile are looking askance at each other and shrugging. Minara turns aroundto face them. "Look, you, I don't wanna hear ANY arguments about going on this island.... If I do, I will PERSONALLY disembowel you and then quarter and burn what's let of you...." Her voice carries to the other ships, over the still slightly shimmering water. The crews look at each other again and then back at her, nodding.
