Khasian ordered a crow to him. He commanded it do an important task for him, which the crow obeyed and flew off. "My army only requires the mountains to reside in," Khasian stated. "As for myself and Naushida, we shall return to our citadel. Do you require further things from us?"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, the crow returned to Khasian's citadel and broadcasted his orders to the murders telepathically. Within minutes, the crows were forming gargoyles of giant wet clay lumps.

"Ah, when you had your fingers in the game you suddenly have the right to demand my lands as your own? I thought I made it very clear gentlement that Ilra Mactu was mine, but as you have proven worthy then fine..."
Zelkhar said and turned around to give few orders.
"I will keep most of the lands and the capitol, you can take quiet, but properous borders cities if you wish and base there yet when we takeover more you will have to abandon those towns. Why? Because you can get ten to replace the one lost...
Now we gather our forces and as you might have noticed the mercenaries were actually my men, they kept behind and all tough death came to them... well we are a decicated organisation in our own way. Have your troops hide like this battle never took place, no rash movements until we decide together what to do next... Now if you`ll excuse me there is a former king I am going to meet... we gather again in a week here, that should be enough time for you to prepare your little towns..."
He finnished with a cunning smile before walking away and mounting his horse, he rode off with a group of 100 riders that would go into occupying the capitol, if there would be any trouble.

Khasian nodded and flew off towards his citadel, accompanied by Naushida. His army began moving back to the mountains as well. When he arrived to his citadel, two crows greeted him and Naushida, who looked at Khasian curiously. Khasian merely smiled and led her up to an aviary. where the crows finished sculpting thirty gargoyles. He took out a loose stone from the wall and withdrew a small leather bag. He then passed through the wet clay statues, occasionally smoothing out the finer details, and embedded a small orange-brown stone that he took from the leather bag into the forehead of each gargoyle. "Farnaer," Khasian explained to a bewildered Naushida. "It comes from the sap of a rare tree called ashanta that grows near the mountains here and elsewhere." After he finished embedding the stones, he placed the bag back into its little hollow space and covered it. He then took out a green candle, lit it, and walked among the gargoyles again. The green smoke filled the air as he whispered magical words. As soon as Khasian was finished, he dropped the candle, allowing it to split as it hit the ground. The wet clay began to dry quickly and then it turned into living flesh and bone. The gargoyles stretched out their wings and folded them. Satsified, Khasian left them with Naushida. "Another week, eh?" Khasian said as they sat down on luxurous couches. "I wonder what he will be planning next," Naushida pondered. "He seems to only use us as his pawns and like in chess, pawns always go first but I really wish I could know who are his rooks, knights, bishops, and queen. Or his king."

OoC.skip a day or so
Abbas seized the important trade city of Dun'Gath without a fight. He then "recruited" the inhabitants into the living dead.

Nuanla nodded(i'll take my small town now) she went and took a sip of water from her saddlebag and then mounted again and set for a small insignificant fisher town nearby, she killed all the soldiers around, drove her feline force magestically in the town and let know the people that she would be ruler now, once her authority was stable she sent her small army to patroll the borders and part of the city....rest, with the occational hunt. She took the house of the governor, who had more luxury than others just not much more.....as she went inside the small house she went directly to rest...."one week" she said to herself.....

Naushida couldn't help notice that Khasian was absent frequently. Little did she know that Khasian had been preparing his armies further. With the little battle, Khasian now saw the armies and abilities of everyone that was in the covenant, except Zelkar. He had animated bones, leftover from his wolves' meals, into skeletons, whom he trained as archers. He made frequent visits to the ocean up north, taming nautical monsters, and to the village graveyards at night. She could hear the roars of unknown beasts that Khasian chained and tamed. When she questioned him, he merely shrugged and said, "Just improving my army." Naushida could not see what further improvements could be made. Virtually every wolf in the mountains had came under his control, bats had multiplied by the hundreds, and more and more wandering human bands that ventured into the mountains were infected by the werewolves. Khasian was forced to dig out new caves for the werewolves.

The wheels of the machine slowly began to move out of their slumber and the town on the foothills in eastern Ilra Mactu rose once more, in the centre rose a tower to challenge those of the capital. Black smoke rose from the town and walls rose around it with everyday, iron and other materials were dug out to produce weapons. Zelkhar`s machine of trade and war had began to move, thanks to his links to many traders and thieves he could basicly control trade around.
Soon enough it would spread, he could then use his pirate friends to some use as the power and the lands of the covenant would spread around. The week had now passed and Zelkhar was awaited for his friends before on the field of battle they had met last. Funny how everything went as planned, the others did show awfully lot of their cards as Zelkhar showed them the beginnings of one of his weapons. Ecomic power, trough that he could begin to slip his fingers into each countries politics and trough that conquest might work easier.

Abbas had a bit of control over trade with his new city, he used this to his best ability to build himself a financial base and trading network.

Khasian strolled through a tunnel as he saw the numerous Dwarven workers transfer gold, jewels, and iron towards his citadel. He had shown the Dwarven leaders of Khaurin one of his beasts, which promptly scared them. They became willing to offer anything Khasian wanted. He had demanded two hundred Dwarven prisoners. His demand was met and four days after that, a troop of curious yet suspicious Dwarves marched to his citadel. And there they were changed. With the help of the Phantoms that Khasian rose from the graves nearby, he magically altered the Dwarves where they could work for five days straight with only one meal and drink. The side-effect of the magic was they could no longer think or feel. They were just bodies, contrasting to the magical Phantoms that Khasian also employed. Devoid of bodies, these evil souls used magic to help Khasian get what he needed. Of course since the Dwarves couldn't think for themselves, Khasian was forced to set aside some Phantoms to relay orders to the Dwarves. This mine was discovered along with many others two days ago. The fruits of the mine usually went to trade with other humans as means of finacial backing. Khasian still had the fortunes of his former master.

Nuanla had rested, and watched her small army multiply in the shadows of the town, wich now had a lot more freedom by day, but fear by night....she decided to leave her army there in the small town, they would know where to go and when to go...... she called to a small servant and told him to take Kiak to her, she waited outside looking out at the moon...time passed and the small servant had not returned, she decided to whistle to kiak, and in the distance she heard the thunder of her hooves and a terrified scream. She looked up and saw her horse galloping as fast as she could toward her with the small servant who seemed to be a boy of 16 years of age, flying behind the horse apparently he had tried riding her (kiak never let anyone she didnt like ride her)...and now the boy was half in the air, tied by the leg to kiak..... Nuanla was immensly annoyed at the boy and let kiak run in circles at least five times before letting her stop. At long last she stopped and gave a shake, the boy dropped with a sickening thump and a groan... "who do you think you are boy?" Nuanla said, flame shooting from her hand to the boy's head....the boy looked up with a bloody face and deflected the flame...Nuanla stared at him "who are you?"
(some time later)
Nuanla thought about the boy while she rode to the place where battle had taken place....she had left the boy guarded by her tigers, was he an elemental sorcerer? or just a fire sorcerer? she put this out of her mind as she got near the village
(sorry for the long post...this kinda popped up in my head...i'll somehow incorporate it in....i just had a...feeling)

Abbas had quite the economy going, allowing living to stay with dead in his city if they so wished. His city functioned like a bustling arab trade city.
OoC.Creepy, undead citys are for movies....

Khasian bid Naushida good-bye before he, accompanied by an escort of five gargoyles, flew off towards the field.
