Hey guys, if I'm not on the forum or whatever, and you're 'going somewhere' in this RPG (like what we're doing now) feel free to post so that Dalen is going with you. For things like that, I don't mind people using my character, but then it means I'm still kind of included in the plot when I can get back online.

Dalen swung up on the grey horse, tossing the coins to the horse-seller to pay. "Thank you, good sir," he said, before heading after Tynel and Thyiri, catching up quickly. "Now, what is this about see that man on the Usurper coast? It's important."

Tynel turned to face Dalen as they rode,

"Well, how Raven, Thyiri, and I originally met was by all turning up at the same camp- well, Ravens ship was wrecked on the shore, and Rylin, the man, offered to take her to his camp. I followed them, and soon after they arrived, Thyiri showed up. While Rylin was occupied with Thyiri, I, uh - I..I tried to get a uh, free meal... If you will." Tynel smiled, "I left after Rylin had turned back around, and went to go and make a camp for myself. Next thing I know, Raven is wandering the coast alone. We then find we have a common goal.Thyiri shows up again, and offers us help. We then set fire to all of the Ursurper ships save the one we were on. You should know the rest." Tynel paused for a moment, "I dont know exactly why he seems so dark, he hasnt done anything to me personally... But he obviously has done something to Raven, first to make her leave his camp, then he fights with her." He shook his head, "Hes twisted as far as I can see." With that, Tynel spurred his horse forward again, and headed of on the main northern road.

Thyiri had quickly swung herself up behind Tynel, despite her lack of a natural affinity for horses. She smiled to herself at his summary, unable to help feeling a little anxious, and was jolted back into real life as the horse sped up and she clutched the saddle to keep herself from falling.

As they rode, the buildings grew less and less, until the were almost gone, though a few buildings could be seen every once and a while. Dalen, Tynel and Thyiri trotted along the large fields, stopping occationally to water the horses. Soon however, Tynel spotted something in the distance. Noting Thyiri's anxiety around horses, he asked her to go with Dalen for a minute. He then galloped off, and stopped as he looked to the horizon. Rylin. Tynel dismounted and sent his horse back to the others, he himself would go back, but he was not about to lose Rylin over the horizon, not when he had just spotted him. Or them, Tynel reasoned, Raven was bound to be with him, considering that she had left with him. "But if she isn't, boy is he going to pay..." Tynel thought, grinding his teeth. he stayed low the the ground and followed Rylin's ever retreating form, slowly but surly gaining ground.

((*sigh* hope I didn't ruin your plot Raven. very sorry if I did! you can always ignore this post if I did. ))

Rylin(if that's who he was) continued on his path, oblivious as of yet that he..or rather, they, were being followed. But that did not matter..not when their destination was so near.

Tynel slowly snuck up behind the man, and once he got close enough for an attack, he quickly unsheathed both knives and swung them around, holding them criss-crossed across the man's throat, pinning him against Ty so that he could not move.

"Where is she? What have you done with her?"

Not in the least concerned with this apparent threat to his life, Rylin smirked. "Oh, she's closer than you would think.." came his nonchalant reply. The meaning of that statement, though unclear now, became clearer when the loud beating of wings was heard very close by..

(Something I've been saving..)

There in the sky, descending slowly, was what appeared to be a black, winged horse..a massive, black, winged horse at that. The beast was huge, its shoulder at about the level of Rylin's(who is nearly six foot tall) head. On its back, sitting sideways, looking unconcerned, was Raven.

"R-Raven?! W-What under the stars are you doing here?!" Tynel dropped Rylin, who fell to the gorund with a thud. He leaned over to Raven, whispering in her ear,
"He's insane!"

"How'd you come to that conclusion?" Raven asked darkly, sliding off the back of the..creature, for lack of a better word to call it.

Tynel looked lost,

"Well... I don't know... he just... scares me. I take it you think differently...?" Tynel looked ashamed of himself, and became smaller than ever.

"Yes, I happen to think differently.." Raven replied sardonically, looking at Rylin as he got to his feet again. "Considering he is family.."
