Jack felt his body being wrenched back and he let out what sounded like a short grunting noise. He didn't know what hit him, and that is why he didn't yell for help, he was caught by surprise.

(okay I have no idea where we are going, but I`ll just thrown this at ya..)
Chris arrived at the scene with few other men as he had wondered where Devina had wandered off and had began to track her down only to find her attacking Jack Sparrow. Chris arrived with his sword revealed.
"Seems you have everything under control..."

Minara senses the men come up the stairs, and also senses Jack step back, letting her get whatever comes to those that enter the room. She doesn't mind, and suddenly disappears.
A moment later, she reappears, behind Jack, Devina and her men, and right behind Chris's men. Minara lets out a shrilling cry, and her own men come swarming from the rooms on either side of the hallway, pinning Devina and Chris, along with the men they brought, in a circle of snarling, weapon-bearing enemies, with her grinning wickedly......

As Jack's neck is held in an uncomfortable postition he groans quietly to himself. He started to squirm around some more as he heard Minara's men surrounding them.

Minara snorts. "Well of course it was..... You didn't think I'd let my men stay out in plain sight so you could kill them, did you?... I mean, what's the surprise in surprise attack if you can't appear out of nowhere?...." She laughs cruelly and smiles venomously at Chris. "But seeing you here is rather unexpected..... Although I wondered what secret could be so wondrous Jack couldn't know about it.... Too late for that though, ain't it, Devina?..." Minara smirks at her.

Jack didn't groan or moan as Devina yanked his head back. He made a more of gurgled sound in his throat from being yanked up so far back. He kept squirming but not as much.
