Will did not move his head....only his eyes. A stupid nervous smirk appeared on his face, "Devina, what are you doing? Put the pistol down..." Squirming anxiously on the bench, his mind swam with thougths of escape.

Will did not know for certain if Devina was fooling or if she was seriously thinking about shooting him.....after all, he did not know her at all! He could feel his stomach twist uncomfortably as he thought of his next move.
Suddenly, he swug his hand toward the pistol lazily and completely off aim....for you must remember he was very intoxicated.....and tried to grab it out of Devina's hand.

With a smirk she twisted her hand out of the way and hit him roughly on the base of the neck, watching to see if it would have the desired effect. Then pocketing the weapon she slowly stood.

Well....Devina might have not desired this effect.....but with the hard hit to the back of the neck....Will toppled over and onto the floor. "Ooooooooffff!" His hands and feet scrambled to help himself up, but it didn't seem to be working.
