Celestas eyes widened, like a childs on Christmas day on the vision of the tall figure before her.
"You know. That door was expensive, but no matter. You're here now and the door can be replaced"
She stood up from the chair and walked over to him slowly.
"You understand English? I do not wish to converse in Latin, such an old dead language"
She walked closer to him, reaching out a hand.

Anusir looked at the hand with a snarl on his face. He tilted his hand unsure of what she wanted.
"I know english now..." He said tilting his head back to it's original position. She was tiny compared to him but she had an aura of power around her which gave him the impression she was not human.
"You have some information for me?"

John had got to Rome and found the very familiar church, which acted as the base. He went to one of the confessionals, sat down, and said, "O Father in heaven, your humble servant awaits your orders." The wall that would have seperate him from the priest rose up, opening up a small pasage. inside where the priest was supposed to be was an Eradicator guard, who nodded and said, "Bishop Samuel is waiting for you." To the right of the guard was another wall that conveniently opened up, revealing a set of stairs going down. When he finished descending the stairs, he came upon a room that was a mixture of a laboratory and a Crusader armory. A tall old man with a short white beard intercepted John, saying, "Hello, John. Glad to see you here and Giroak dead."
"As always," John responded. "What is this mission that I have to do?"
Sameul smiled grimly and said, "There are strange things going on." He motioned to three television screens out of at least twenty. They each were displaying a different video. One was concerning three murders in Canada with a golden casket, another showed the fiery carnage of a burned police car, and the last was about a triple murder in New York museum along with the theft of a rare artifact from Brazil.
"What's the meaning of this?" John asked.
"The meaning is that the people involved with this are unnatural. They say one of the diggers in Canada was strangled while the two were burned. There was no evidence of a inflammable device near those murders. As for the police car, witnesses say the murderer did not use any device to create the fire except his hands. And we have reason to believe that the Brazillian rare artifact is the holder of the soul of the son of Lucifer, Anusir . John, we need you to find whoever is responsible for this and kill them."
This was outrageous. John had no idea where to go, but he dared not to voice these thoughts aloud. He sighed and said, "Fine, but one thing, I'm changing my name now."
Samuel shrugged and said, "I don't see how that has to do with anything but what will your name be, then?"
"Erik Igidion."
"Fine, then you are rechristened as Erik Igidion. Go forth, my son, and defeat this enemy of gods." He smiled again and walked away.
Erik strolled around the section that contained all of the weaponry and equipment that Eradicators used. An attendant saw him and said, "John, this will be the fifth time that you have failed to return yourspider silk jacket. When will you give it back to us?"
"Oh, as soon as all evil is gone and I can take a break," Erik retorted.
He grabbed a handful of flasks of holy water and placed it in a bag that he had. He then took out his longsword and dipped it in a basin of holy water.

I was cured all right.

Celesta withdrew her hand and walked as close to him as she could. She circled him slowly, then stopped and faced him, her 6 inch heels adding to her 6ft height. But still she was shorter than Anusir.
"Very powerful, I am impressed. Also direct, another plus point. Yes I have information. But what do I get in return for this information." she smiled looking up and into his eyes.

Anusir snarled looking down at the strange woman, wearing a shiny black dress. He leaned down, his head barely an inch away from her face, his hot breath washing over her from flared nostrils. His piercing red eyes narrowed and increased in colour, looking directly into hers.
"You help me, and I won't kill you." His voice was a harsh whisper, full of authority.

Celesta barely contained a laugh as he threatened her "oh dear, it seems you don't quite fully understand. You won't kill me. You need me to help you find it." her eyes never moving from his "You see, I am just like you. Only I have embraced this modern world. I can help you, but in return you mut help me"

Anusir snarled at the aragance of this lesser demon. His muscles tensed and he began to affect the room, the lights grew dim and he appeared to grow taller and more menacing.
"Do you know who I am?!" He roared into her face. "Anusir, I am death, I am the end of all things! You are an insect to me!"
He returned the world to normal and stood tall.
"You will help me or endure a pain worse than death."

These days, it seemed that Xine had to wait for everything.

Outside, he found an ambulance and a few police cars pulled over next to the shattered glass doors. He ground his teeth. He hated police, and he had the very suspicious notion that the feeling was mutual. Feigning the pretense of some naive tourist - not an easy feat, with his unusual cropped auburn hair and black leather - he attempted to walk insouciantly past the disturbance, towards the slightly less grandiose entrance marked 'Access Restricted'.

His luck ran out two steps away from the door.

"Sir! State your name and business."

Grinding his teeth all the harder, Xine swiveled to face the cop.

"Let him in," came a tremulous call from inside. The secretary was staring wide-eyed at Xine.

Before the cop could formulate a response, the half-demon was already through the door. The Access Restricted door led to the same pretentious lobby as the shattered glass doors did. The marble floor could have substituted a rich celebrity's mirror. Suave jazz music floated from some indefinable source.

The secretary, sitting behind a crescent-shaped marble desk, took one look at him and already regretted letting him in. "You're Xine, I presume?"

"Don't pretend not to know me," the other snapped. "Now call Celesta and tell her I exist before I break something."

Pompous businessmen and ignorant tourists she could handle, but two demons storming through the door in the space of half an hour was just too much for the poor secretary. "L - Lady Celesta requests that she'll be with you shortly," she stuttered, gesturing lamely at the overstuffed leather sofa. "Would you like something to drink? Tea? Wine?"

In a furious rage, Xine crossed the polished floor in two strides and crashed on the sofa. "Get me some sedatives. A nice tranquilizer dart would be good before I hurt myself."

Her smile faded, her eyes turning from brown to emerald green. Her eyes fixed on him. "I told you we are more alike than you realise. I am older than time. I just choose not to express myself in such ways. Kill me and you'll never find it."

He seemed enraged but bit his tounge. He nodded, breathing heavily. "Very well tell me what you desire and I shall grant you it."
His fists clenched then let them open. He never wanted to be a servant, especialy for a woman demon.
"Just... find my necklace, I am not suposed to be awake."

Celesta raised an eyebrow at him "Now, there you see. You can be co-operative." she walked over to her desk and leaned on it.
"What I desire?" she said looking over at him a glint in her eye "Is more power. This plane of existence is ripe for the picking. If we join forces, imagine what we could do together. We can have this world on it's knees begging for mercy"

Anusir's nostril flared and he stroked his beard at the thought. He was suposed to be awoken for the day he would rule. Perhaps this was the day. He only wanted his human soul so he could not be killed or controlled. It contained his human essence, if someone wore it he would be at their mercy, if it were somehow destroyed he not be invicible on this planet, but still be powerful enough.
He nodded.
"Why would you want this planet on it's knees. I wish to destroy it, father wants more souls."

"As much as I enjoy the perks of this world. The mortal scum need eradicated like the vermin they are. I think together we can achieve this great victory. Who could stop us?"
She began to smile wickedly at Anusir as she stood up from the desk and made her way back over to him.

"I agree. But first I need my necklace."
He turned and slumped into a seat on a sofa.
"And you need wear more stable shoes. It looks ridiculus"

Celesta threw him a look of disdain as he walked past her. This was something she wasn't used too and he insulted her shoes.
"You don't like them?" she asked almost amazed "These are very expensive shoes and I can walk on them just fine."
She looked down at him on the black leather sofa and smirked " I have very distinctive taste, don't tell me your shy now"
