(ok I wasn't sure about some stuff so I just made it up. And don't worry. Not all my posts will be this long)

Sunlight gently glided over the tree tops of the Sophilin Mountains. The dew sparkled in the bright summer sun and the birds happily chirped their light symphonies unaware of the predators stalking the forest. You’d think that enemies so large would not go so unnoticed.

An alabaster creature gently glided through the sky, skimming over the trees, occasionally grazing their tops. She watched the forest floor with an expert eye. A few hundred feet away dragons did the same thing and hidden under the canopy of leaves, more of their kind were searching for large game as well.

Nyalna’s mood was one of sheer bliss. Though she was not particularly young, she’d never quite gotten control over the adrenaline she got when hunting. It was a task particularly hard for creatures as colossal as them which made it all the more exhilarating.

I suppose she got her high from not being particularly young either. Like most of the dragons present she was the stage of older adolescence which was a stage humans reached around seventeen to twenty one. She was young and smart and more then capable of surviving on her own though not completely mature.

In a clearing, her green eyes spotted a large herd of deer. Clearly the three dragons in the air with her saw it as well. The all began spiraling down towards the herd in an almost choreographed formation. They pulled out of the dive at the last minute flying toward the herd, driving toward the dragons waiting just beyond the tree line.

Redflame, her dark red scales gleaming in the sun, saw the catch below them and smiled a large, toothy-grin. She turned to the left to make sure the formation would be complete before she made her dive towards there morning meal.

Not waiting for a signel Latrina flew down before redflame and scooped up about two deer the rest of the pack ran away, she looked at the other. who were very good friends of hers. " oops sorry guys....i uh didn't mean to." she half smiled.

Redflame was the last one to dive and she managed to snag one deer before the rest fled into the forest.

"impressive" she grined at Redflame. latrina landed and blew a lavender flame onto both deers killing them instantly then she cooked them.

Redflame just swallowed hers whole, bones, fur and all. Less messy that way. She said, grinning.

Before waiting for any of the others in the trees to snag some, Nyalna gripped one in her jaws then landed in the clearing.

Oriyson had already caught her deers and was sitting beside the others .

Achor was far too small to hunt deer, so he had to find other things to fill his tiny tummy. It took him a while, but around the time the others returned with their various deer, he flew to where they were gathered, two small lizards in his mouth.

"What?" some others were looking at him like they were amused.

Latrina laughed at Redflame and peeled the skin off of one of her deer. she threw the skin to redflame..." here since you like all that." she laughed. she took a bite of her deer.

Nyalna just smiled and shook her head at the tiny dragon before digging into her deer.
