He grinned at Alyth, and began to turn his attention to the teacher.
Edward brought out his notebook and began to listen while drawing fallen angels and demons.

It took Alyth almost all her engery not to glare at her teacher, while she knew Edward or Yamisi would make fun about this later. She sighed and said,"Well...um...since they are attached, it is a lot like budding, in a way. Well, it's a long process, which make them more vunerable to attacks. And, it's like losing a part of them if the offspring fall off to soon..." Alyth said, hoping she was getting close.

Alyth pretended to pay attention as the paper landed on the desk. Alyth was a natural trouble-maker, so she new how to hide notes and such. She read it and then passed it quickly to Yasimi as the teacher wrote more notes on the board. She then took out her own scratch piece of paper and sibbled on her own piece of paper and threw it to Edward.
The note read:

Raine saw Edward pass the note to Alyth. Then Alyth passed it to Yasimi. Raine leaned over to Yasimi, wondering what the note was about. She knew that all three of them were also vampires. She wondered if it was something about where they would feed.
