"Yes, I might be a coward. But it helps me get out of the most painfull things in life." she took a step towards the shuttered window, dragging Jack along with her. Her men drew a tight circle around her, swords bared. "Painfull like getting killed and captured and all that. And I mean its all so unnescerie (sp), dont you think? Anyway, you can never hold a Jones..." with that, shelashed out with her elbow, aand broke the shutters open. With a dart and a leap, she was through the window, and fallingdownwards. She let Jack go, and twisted away from him, landing like a cat. She watched her men follow fearlessly, and dusted herself down, glancing at Jack.

That was unexpected. Jack felt himself land hard on the ground below. He swore he broke a bone, but he didn't care to look as he sat up amongst the dust and managed to rise to his feet. As soon as he did he automatically started to creep away from Devina and the others.

Christoper suddenly grabbed Jack by the neck and put his sword on his throat.

Jack let out a funny gagged sound from his throat as Chris took action. He eyed the sword with wide eyes as it glimmered with pain and suffering. Jack forced on one of his fake smiles and looked up at Chris, "Now, ye..ye know I wouldn't miss that.." He laughed nervously.

Minara rolls her eyes, wondering if it's possible that Devina could've broken her neck in the fall. With a snarl and a twist of her hand, the huge double doors shut, slamming the dark thing back into the room. An audible click is heard as the door is locked....

"Lets get back to our camp..."Devina muttered, giving Jack an angry glare, then smiling at Chris "Would you like to have the honours?I'm sure I could make this trek unpleasant mate, but you will exede (sp) me by a mile." She winked, and gestured to Jack.

Minara turns and marches down the stairs, grinning to herself. "That was easier said than done.... got two problems off m'hands at once...." You see, by letting Devina take Jack, that got both of them out of the way...... For now.....

Chris pushed Jack onwards and kept his sword against his back as the rest of them moved around them, Chris nodded at Devina to follow.

Jack walked uneasily as once in a while he felt the sharp edge of the sword poke into his back. His face looked startled and his dark eyes actually held a glaze of fear in them for once.

Minara peers out the window at the retreating figures of Jack, Devina, and Chris. "Well, now it looks like we're free t'loot this place clean, mates!!!...." With a grin, she turns to her men and they scatter, all of them grinning like butchers on slaughter day.....

Jack didn't answer her, but he just gave her an odd look of the eyes towards her and with a slight blink they returned to look ahead of him. He wasn't looking forward to where he was going, or mostly what they were planning on doing with him.

Devina walked the rest of the way in silence till they reached the clearing where they had struck up camp. They were greeted with a loud bout of cheering from the crew, who looked relived that 'that' part of the journey was over.

Chris sat down on a log by the fire that they had carried as a bench and looked at Jack.

He said with a slightly commanding tone.
