Miranda mounted the horse and followed Elizabeth into the woods, trying to inhale the cold evening air as little as possible; her mother had always told her not to when she was sick.

She nodded, and continued to ride.
Once they reached the lake, the others were told, and all relucantly agreed. Elizabeth took the two oldest children-Margaret and Nathan, while William and Susan stayed with Ben. The group said their goodbyes, and split up, not to meet again until eighteen months later, with a new addition.
William and Elizabeth had married seven months after the group had split up, and they now had a child-Jacqueline Susanna Elisabet Miranda Tavington.
((William and Elizabeth both have long names as well))

Miranda walked up to the manor and took a deep breath, finally knocking on the door. When the door opened, Elizabeth answered. Miranda smiled. "Elizabeth," she said. She fiddled with her ring; she and Gabriel had married about six months previously, but she still wasn't used to wearing something on her finger.

She held up her hand to show her ring. "Gabriel and I are married. And..." she said, uneasy because ony Gabriel and the family knew at this point, "We are expecting our first child."
