Norrington was standing down on the docks,waiting for Lord Beckett. He didn't have to go very far. He looked up to the fort, and then back out to the Port. Everything seemed to be as errie as when the Black Pearl came intor Port Royal....

Elizabeth paced the deck......back and forth......several times. Leaning over the ledge, she stared into the distance. "Tia...Barbossa...where exactly are you taking us?"

Ragetti was in charge of mopping the deck, yet once again, with Barbossa's orders. He mummbled curses under his breath.

"To World's End, chile," Tia replied calmly. "Jus' like we said." Turning to Barbossa, she added, "It don' matter what da rid-dle say righ' now. So long's we're good an' lost, we should be havin' no problems."

Elizabeth rolled her eyes at Barbossa and turned away as she continued to look over the ledge of the ship. She had a very uneasy feeling about this....

Jack Sparrow listened to Bootstrap and what he said. He didn't want the ship to submerge, but it's not like he would dare open his mouth to protest a single a thing, he had learned his lesson, the hard way, and he was hoping it would be his last.
"So I see..." Jack muttered solemnly taking a glance down at the frosted waves that were now closing in around his legs.

((Well...actually, to fetch the Pearl so we can fetch Jack, but...yeah  ))

"Might want t' grab onto somethin'," Bootstrap advised, indicating the barnacles that secured his feet to the deck. "Can't leave th' ship, but ye can sure get knocked off yer feet." Even as he spoke, the Dutchman plunged down sharply into the sea. He instinctively reached out and grabbed Jack by the elbow just before the water hit them full-force. As soon as they were fully submerged, Bootstrap released the pirate's arm and detatched his own feet from the deck. "Thoughtful o' ye t' refrain from shockin' the bejeezus outta my 'and that time," he commented dryly.
