As the knight's wait for Arthur to speak, Tristain's thoughts wander to the ideal of Freedom. Everyone here seems to be obsessed with this ideal. But who can ever really be free? And free from what? As soon as freedom comes from one thing soon slavery sprouts from another. He pushes these melancholy thoughts from his head, but can't seem to shake the feeling that whatever lay ahead for them "Freedom" was not a part of it.

Layien thought about the song they heard before Arthur came and brought the bad news. She shut her eyes and sung it again in her head, thinking about her home over the mountains...her thoughts drifted back to her home, the day when she saw the men in uniforms came riding down the mountains and gathared Layien and her friends up and took them away. She opened her eyes again and sighed, looking at the knights around her.

Tristain wonders why Gustav is always muttering...why not say what he means and be done with it? Though Tristain doesn't talk much when he does he only says exactly what he means and no more. But while thinking this he realized that Gustav wouldn't be Gustav if he didn't mutter and grumble.

Raven perched on the side of the table, crossing her legs, and inspecting the tips of the arrows she had made earlier. She was proud of the way she had managed to keep the shaft straight, and the colour os of he feathers she had found.
She kept herself to herself usually, not finding it easy to talk with others.

Arthur waited for all came and gathered around. He lifted his face up. Gazed around the knights' face. It seemed as they would not wanna be here even. As for him, neither would he. He started right before Guinevere.

"Knights, we have been through so much together since our childhood and more joined with the time being. I know you all waited for this day has come and made your way to home. I know what is passing through your minds. I have failed your promise. I did not hold it as I promised before we left our homeland as a child. But we have hoped from that day only one thing the freedom and I shall give it back to you what you long desired to have and I mean for real if you do not, it means I do not succeedd in giving the freedom to you. There is only thing we must do today to get our freedom which is belong to us. And it lies after the mission we must undertake. If any of you wanna stay here, it is fine with me. If you join with me, then I will be glad. As for whom wanna join me in my mission which is full of dangers, we will ride at dawn. I guess I am gonna sleep now for the mission I must undertake."

Arthur left the knights behind

Guinevere remained silent while looking at the Knights. She couldn't help them with their struggle between loyalty and the longing of going home. But she would be there to fulfill this last task enabling these brave men and women to go home. Arthur seemd desperate to persuade his knights he would do anything for their freedom and Guinevere hoped they would appreciate this.

If any of you will join Guineveer, Arthur, and I, I sujest you stop drinking." She then walked out of the room to go and finish preparing her horse, looking hopefully at Raven.
