A whizzing helicopter sound appeared through the foggy sky, as Penguin descended from the top of a building, riding the air with his black and white umbrella, proceeding to land in front of the young man. "Would you like to play games with me?" he said with a drip of drool slipping out of the corner of his purple lips.
With a laughing squeal, Penguin twisted his bald head, allowing his oily black curly hair to hand over his shoulder. "Hmmmm?" he inquired.

The black shadow blurred, and it hunted down it's prey.
Her sleek figure followed after the criminal with unique skill. The woman's body would speed up, then slow down. She would hide, then crawl. Her ablity wasn't taught, but rather, it was learned.
There. The man stood right where she wanted him. With wild glee, and fierce excitement, the Catwoman pounced her prey. A hissing sound poured from her throat and her eyes were ignited.
The glossy suited body mounted the criminal on the back, and her slippery legs locked themselves around the man's torsoe.
The female feline stretched out her thin arm, and uncurled her black gloved hand. At the tip of each of the Catwoman's finger was a razor, iron talon.
"No, Ozzie,. . ." The pussy spat at the stumpy man named Penguin, ". . .this one wants to play with me. Don't you?"
The cold soft features of her face nuzzled into the male's neck, but her extended talons, rested themselves on the neck of him whom she held.

The man fell forward as the slim figure slamed into him. She wasn't very heavy but his muscles ached and as the woman lept onto him his legs gave way. The blood crusted hands braced against the gravled pavement before his face fell into a puddle of murkey water. The ditry blond hair hung damp in his face. He rested still as the woman pressed her flesh to his and the sudden awareness of sharp objects crept into his mind. He was to tired to be frightend and it felt good to rest, even if it was pinned to the floor. "Look, I don't know what freaky bussniess you two is up to but I got places to be. I ain't for playin with no one right now. So see here lady just get off my back will ya."

"No, I don't want to." Her silky voice responded and breathed into the man's ear with slyness coating her every word.
Lifting her eyes, she twinkled them maliciously and caught Penguin's gaze. Though, the woman's glance only caught the glimpse for a short second, for they lowered back down to the man she had pinned below her.
"Freaky business, if that's what you call it, is what I do, . . .and unfortunately, you'll be a part of that,. . . darling."
Dancing her talons one more time about his neck she suddenly dug them deep into his soft skin. With a vicious cat-like scream, her claws violently ran left to right. She tore open his throat and managed to slice the vocal chords as well, leaving his flesh to flap over and hang.
She pulled up her paw, and with a loving stare, amused herself upon the red tint that was upon them.
Pulling her lips up into a faint, cunning smile, she couldn't help but peek over her prey, and notice the puddling blood that started to drip down towards the pavement below.

Penguin's eyes stared in shock at the dying victim before him with a twitch of his lips. Slowly opening his mouth, his yellow teeth were revealed with a cringe.
Lowering the black and white umbrella by his side, he knew that he would no longer need it.....however, he may need to use it against that feline....she was so unpredictable...
With a snort, his pointy nose lowered, as his gaze looked to Catwoman, "You always have all the fun, my kitten."

His life poured out of him, unmercfile and without motive he was taken from this earth. Some would call it justice, others a sick form of amusement, but what ever you would call it one thing was certain. More blood would now stain the hands of Gotham city, another grave would forever taint this land.
In her bloodlusted frenzy perhapes Catwoman did not notice the obvious. The screaming sirens that were growing closer, the faint sound of car doors slamming in the distance, so consumed by her desire for murder one must wonder did she consider her surroundings? For as those claws raked across the mans flesh beams of light twisted between the allyway looking for a murder until at last they found one.
The officers turned around the brick wall with flashlights that pierced the ally darkness. Suddenly the beams came to rest upon the two criminals. As the four cops stared with revolvers held in front of them they did not expect to find another body, or the fact that the number of murders they were hunting just doubled. They saw the two people in the ally over the dead man. They pointed thier guns and in a stern tone yelled. "Freeze!"

Terri had gone back to her computer but her head snapped up when she heard the sirens. Going to the window she saw the police cars race past her home. Intrested in what was happening she grabbed her coat and wallet and ran down the satairs and out onto the street. She was only a block away when she saw the cars and heard some shout "Freeze!" Inching forward she saw a fat man standing with a woman crouched over a body. Terri then let out a gasp as she saw the state the body was in, with all she had done, nothing was compared to that.

Catwoman screeched a high sounding hiss and blocked her delicate eyes from the peircing light.
The woman coiled back, with whining cat cries, and bounded away from the scene. Immediately, fading into the darkness of what the various circles of lights had not blinded yet.
Her fine legs carried the rest of herself up a rusty ladder. Thankfully, her quick reflexes helped her dodge a deadly bullet and lead her to the very tip top of a towering crooked building.
Able to settle her fluttering pulse down, the Catwoman squatted over the edge of the roof and peeked down to the scene.
Sadly, Penguin was a bit slower, a bit weaker and she could not help but realize that he was clearly not in the same shape as she. So, the woman who looked below, curled her tongue over her teeth and let out a set of snickers when she waited to see the petty gizzard try to talk his way out of this one to the police.

Penguin on the other hand, simply squawked in terror at the shouts, car door slams, and the terrible brightness of the squad car lights. His dark black circular eyes could not dialate to the insensity of the whiteness of the lights and therefore, he stumbled backward covering his face with his flipper hand.
Nearly tripping over the dead body, Penguin steadied himself against a dumpster and then hit behind it like a frightened bird. Turning a switch on his umbrella, the propellar action started it up and soon enough, Penguin began to be lifted into the cool foggy air. "Stupid imbecials!" he spat through his sour smelling breath at the police, "Gotham will never be free!"

Gun fire blasted out down the damp ally as the two villians scamped back into the shadows at the sight of the light. No more blood would be spilled though. The bullets missed there mark and all the police were left with was a corpse with no answers. "Get a paramedic down here," said the oldest of the four and obviously the one in charge. "Gorden is going to bust an arteiry when he finds out about this." Sighing and looking over his shoulder seeing the young Terri. "Hey you shouldn't be watching this, here come with me I need to ask you some questions about what you saw before you can go." He didn't know how well the girl would handle the scene so this old, hardend cop did his best to appear gentel and kind as he attempted to get her to follow him back out to the patrol cars for questioning.

Terri nodded. The only thing going through her mind was that it was a pity it wasn't the Joker. After the woman and fat man had left she was able to see the victim more clearly. She looked at he officer, knowing he was afraid of how the scene affected her, but considoring all she had done when she was younger, it was only a little startling, but not much. "What did you want to know?" She asked.

The officer looked down at the girl, he wasn't sure if he should be releaved or disturbed that she was handeling this situation so calmly. As the flashing blue and red lights from the patrol cars greeted them at the end of the ally he pulled pen and paper from his pocket and started typical questioning for an eye witness. "So miss, tell me what all did you see?"

"Well, after I saw the Police cars go past my apartment I decided to follow, when I got here I saw the woman crouched over the dead guy, with the fat man standing beside them. But I only got here after I heard some one shout 'Freeze'." She glanced around, befor looking at the officer. "Any thing else you need to know?"

OOC: I have yet to find a batman and I am afraid out Gordon has vanished. It's just penguin, terri, catwoman and me now. I will try to change to the title once more and hope we can get some new people involved but if not I am afraid our RP is in shabby condition.
The officers pen clicked open as he begin to scribble down notes. A staic shrouded voice came from his shoulder radio to intrupt the interview.
"Unit 36 come in 36.
His hand lifted to press the button. "This is 36 im with a witness right now."
"Roger, over."
He looked back down to the girl. No miss, if that is when you arrived then i am afraid there isn't much left you can help me with. I just need your name and adress incase we have any further questions."
