Harthad peeked over the counter to see Loki. "Um....Cara, you wanted tea, right?" She ran over to Cara with a cup in her hand and set it down in front of her. Harthad then turned to Loki. "Um..........would you like anything, sir? Please don't hurt me," she muttered.

"Don't be afraid of him" Cara sipped tea. "He just talks much but do nothing. He is called Master of Lies and believe me, it suits him."

She smiled to Loki.

"Why you came here? Don't have any worlds to conquer, hmm?"

"Don't be afraid...even if you should." Loki smiled to Harthad and then turned to Cara. "Mortal woman, you know who I am?"

Then Drogon flied to him and steamed his head, making his horns look even more strange.

"Take that dragon, I said."

"Yeah," Harthad said, still a bit nervous. "You're Loki. From.....well, yeah. You're Loki. Don't ask me how I know that, because it's the same kind of logic that allows us to have electricity in this inn. Alright!" she said, jumping up and quite over her nervousness now. "But do you want anything to eat, or drink?"

Lupas slipped into the inn silently, dressed all in black with a cloak around him and a deep hood pulled over his head, he moved like a wraith, and headed to a table in an empty, dark corner of the inn. Once he reached it he sat in the chair that was positioned where the two walls met at the corner. He placed his dark staff against the wall beside him, pulled out his long pipe, placing some tobacco in it, and then quickly lighted it and began to smoke while he waited for someone to see what he wanted. The light from his pipe being the only light around him, and barely lighting up his olive face when the ember raised from his puffing every few seconds, allowing a glimpse of his hazel eyes as they searched the room, and examined the other guests.

"Water, please. Mineral water, very cold. I am used to such, in Asgaard I always drank such water. You can say that it's part of my heritage."

There was a commotion at the inn's door as Ariadne entered, tugging Mr. Darcy along with her. It had taken all her willpower to convince her husband to come along, since he had persisted in making ridiculous accusations and demanding whether the inn was on the "good" side of town.

"Ariadne, are you quite sure this is a good idea?" he said. "I don't like the look of this place. Would you not rather return to Pemberley and try the new piano forte I ordered for you?"

Ariadne smiled. The piano forte had been the most recent example of his generosity, as he was well aware of her fondness of music. "I have already thanked you for the gift, and I will thank you as many times as you like. But these are my friends, dear. Please be polite."

"Loki, where you found mineral water on Asgaard?" said Cara innocently, looking at the mysterious person in the corner, who just entered and sat on the chair.

"They were bringing me it from your poor Midgard, mortal woman" hissed Loki. "Now PLEASE, take that steaming dragons away. They seem to like my clothes to be wet..."

"Drogon, Viserion, Rhaegal!" Cara spoke it with calm tone but dragons came back to her. "Stop playing with this superior being, he doesn't know the word "fun"".

She looked at Loki if this small punch worked.

"Um, well," Harthad said, not really wanting to interrupt Cara and Loki's conversation. "I'll get your water, Lokie, and---oh, look, there's Ariadne!" She hurried over to her.

"Harthad!" Ariadne exclaimed, noticing her coming over. "How are you? I see business is looking up," she added, nodding in greeting to Cara and Loki. "And... is that a dragon? Where on earth did you find that?"

"I know exactly how fun sounds and I don't like that sound" Loki looked at Cara with anger. This mortal didn't respect her god. If not the dragons...

He saw entering Ariadne and greeted her, not standing from his chair.

"They probably just were wandering alone and she picked them" he said about dragons.

"They were indeed alone" said Cara with a smile, nodding to Ariadne. "They think I am their mother."

"Um... if you say so," said Ariadne. Cara seemed really excited about the dragons, so Ariadne didn't want to burst her bubble, although she did have some doubts as to the advisability of keeping fire-breathing wild animals in a wooden inn.

Mr. Darcy, however, was not so lenient. "I don't see why you should be proud of that," he told Cara. "In my opinion, a piano forte is a much more suitable investment." He turned his attention to Harthad. "I don't suppose you would have a good stock of wine here?"

Cara laughed. Mr. Darcy was so serious...he probably never was on monster ride! And never searched treasures!

"I invest in my sword" she said with morbid smile.
