Jaden Valdez, who had seen Josh ride off in the first place had followed him part of the way.

Not wanting to be intrusive, but knowing something was not right he kept within sensing range of Josh.

None of the other Jedi knew him well, and he didn't know them well.
( even though he had trained with Master Luke for years he had no relationship with any of them)

Sensing that something was wrong Jaden sent a message in his mind back to Luke, giving him an aproxament location of where Josh was. (although he knew that Luke would be on his way)

Jaden then took off on his speeder bike to try and find the vilen that had attacked Josh in the first place.

Josh slowly started to wake up from the impact. The smoke from the damaged ingine was giving him a 'smoked' flealing. Its started it get in his breath and colerd his skin. He had the feel of coming people. Josh called out to them, any one he can think of.

He started to loose concious again. He arm was bleading freely...

As Jaden road allong on his speeder he sensed somone calling out.
He didn't know exactily where Josh was and had figured that Luke would get there first. But it seemed as he drew closer to the voice that he was wrong.

Jaden saw Josh lying in the ruble of his wrecked speeder and ran over to help. Draging him out of the recage carefully Jaden checked him to be sure he was alright.

Jaden did all he could for Josh medical and then went to save what items were left on the speeder.

Danger....Something screamed out to Jaden "Danger!" Jaden jumped back just as the speeder exploded.

He recieved minor burns on his body and was thrown back to the ground unconcious, btu would survive.

Rina hurried over on her speeder and got off it.

"Out of my way." She said with authority to Jaden. She didn't mean to be rude but she needed to look him over.

"Josh? Are you okay?" She got no answer she quickly went back to speeder to get a medical kit.

She worked on his wounds.

Uncle Luke? Where are you Josh is hurt.

She carefully worked on his wound trying to mend it. Wedge had taught his daughter much about taking care of medical need cause he knew how much trouble he would get into.

Josh? Can you hear me? She barely got an answer from him. She looked around hoping to Luke.

Jaden helped himself to his feet and walked over to his speeder.

"Seeing as how you have things under control I will be on my way." Jaden informed Rina.

Jaden mounted his speeder bike and sent the egsact location of Josh and Rina to Luke before heading off into the distance.

As Jaden fled into the sands of Tatoin he could feel Josh's conciuosness come back to him.

All the time Jaden had been using his own force power to help sustain and heal Josh, but now that the distance grew far and he knew that Josh was safe he released hi outreached efforts

From a far away hill Jaden watched as Luke reached his son.

Satisfied that Josh would be safe Jaden reterned to the ship and locked himself in his room to cary on a privet meating with his pet dragon Azhur whom he had left at the ship previously.

It would be some time before Jaden would exit his room.

Josh felt Jaden's presence leave, and thanked him for his help. Josh grinned as he sat up, suported by Rina, and saw his father comming. He explained its as it happend, finishing with " Someone's out there, trying to get some Jedi. I dont know what for.." Josh said looking into their eyes, so they know what he means. Josh sarted coughing every onece in a wile, from the smoke.
