(To move the story to the action we're going fast forward a few hours. Basically everyone is still in the mansion doing... whatever... John is still outside enjoying his cigarets)

A smoke ring rose from his mouth as John watched the sun set, and night draw in. One of the best parts of the day, the end of one time the start of another. He hoped his first night would go without a hitch. One more smoke...

Meanwhile....

The four bikes rumbled along the road until they reached the lookout point where their scout was. He was sat on his bike looking at his watch when they arrived. Three big rough looking bikers. Each looked similar, tall, beards, and wore jackets with a eagle on the back. The fouth biker was shorter and clean shaven. He looked young, especially when compared to the others. However he had bulging muscles. The bikes roared to a stop and they all dismounted.
"Well?" The youngest asked the scout.
"Well sir, I've followed him for days. Could have taken him out at the bar but he left before you could get there."
"So where is he now?" The man said, getting slightly agrievated.
"There sir, the mansion."
He pointed to the mansion, slightly hidden by the trees.
"Good. Time to pay John a visit."
The corner of his mouth curled into an evil smile and they all mounted their bikes, the engines roaring off down the mountain and heading toward the mansion.

Kim went wandering outside the mansion grounds. It had been a long and hectic day. Kids were full of questions, she was tired and just wanted some peace and quiet. She noticed John sitting outside enjoying the same thing.
"Hey big guy...not disturbing ya am I?"

He looked up quickly and shook his head.
"Not at all."
He moved along the bench creating space for her to sit down.
"You want a drink?"
He said while pulling out his hip flask.

Kim sat down next to John.
"Oh thank you. I so need some of this. Kids are driving me nuts"
She took the flask from his hand and took a mouthful. She cringed then smiled and laughed.
"Wow..good stuff you got there"
She handed him the flask back and paused for a moment.
"So...how does it feel to be back at the old house?"

He took a swig himself and gasped slightly from the aftertaste.
"Well it's odd. For the past six months I've been used to thinking that tommorow I'll be somewhere new. But now I like the feeling of security. I know where I'm gonna sleep and where I'm gonna wake up."
He smiled to himself.
"And believe me I found myself in some odd places..."
He chuckeled to himself and put the flask back in his pocket.
"But there's one thing that's been bothering me..."
He looked at her for a moment then shook his head.
"Nah never mind..."

"Well, it's good to have you back here. Place is always that bit duller without ya." Kim smiled, before looking at his expression.
"Hey, you know you can tell me anything big guy."

He looked around then leaned in closer.
"Well the past four days I've had a feeling that I've been followed by someone. Just a feeling really but I keep having it and it's still with me. I thought it would go but it aint."
He sighed and rubbed his forehead.
"Ah it's just me."

She contemplated his words, before she turned to smirk at him.
"Well...maybe you have a stalker big guy" she nudged him in the ribs hard. Knowing it wouldn't hurt him in the slightest.

He laughed.
"Yeah... I wish."
He sighed and stood up.
"I'm off for a leak anyway. I'll be back in a bit."
He walked back up to the mansion and headed inside.

The bikers stopped at the gates.
"Sir? How do we get in?"
The young man stepped off his bike and walked up the gate placing a hand on the lock.
"Easy... When you know how."
He closed his eyes and concentrated for a moment. The lock slowly gained heat, turning bright red then turning white.
The other bikers looked at each other, they had never seen anything like it. The lock shook slightly and the pins holding it in flew out. He took his hand off and smiled.
"When there's a will there's a way."
He pulled the whole lock off the gate and swung them open.
"In we go..."

"No problem big guy. Just soakin up the quiet here" Kim said to John as he stood up and headed back inside the mansion.
Kicking her legs up, she stretched out along the bench and closed her eyes.

Icefire was a bit hungry so he descended down towards the kitchen. He peered around and saw no one there. He went to get a pitcher of water and a granola bar to eat. He put his hand on the pitcher and cooled it. He found a cup and began eating and drinking.

John came out of the bathroom with a great sigh of satisfaction.
"ahh I needed that..."
He began walking back to the door when he heard an alarm sound he spun around and ran to the kitchen to look at the security monitor. He saw another kid. The monitor revealed the cause of the alarm.
"Oh crap..."
He looked at the boy at the table.
"Hey kid we got trouble heading our way. Come with me, I might need your skills."
He ran out the door and heard the disturbance. The rumbling of several bikes, heading their way...

Kims rest was disturbed by the irritating sound of the Mansions alarm system going off. But there was another sound mixed in with it. Focussing herself, she recognised the loud roar of motorbikes. She flipped off the bench and ran back indoors to see what was going on.

John grabbed her arm as she ran in. He just looked at her for a moment.
"You ready for that fight?"
He smiled and stepped down the steps to see the bikes. He took off his jacket and threw it onto the steps.
"Now then, who could these be?"
The bikes came roaring up and circled John as they stopped. He caught a glimps of the eagles and smiled.
"The real Americans..."
They all dismounted and the young man smiled at him.
"John Magnus?"
He turned to look at the young man.
"Yeah? What do you want?"
"My name is Jack Avlon."
John suddenly remebered that name. Avlon. Their gang leader, or ex gang leader now.
"I'm the son of the guy you killed. Because of that the gang broke up. These are the last loyal men to my cause. Finding you."
John shook his head.
"Look man, that's in the past, I regret each one there's no need to have a fight."
"Oh but I think there is. I want your head."
John sighed.
"Well it's been a while but I think I can take you on."
Jack smiled. He didn't know.
"Take care of his friends." Jack pointed to the others who had come to see what was going on. The four other guys stood at the bottom of the steps while John and Jack stared each other down in the circle of bikes.
