Scott stood his ground with his hand still placed on his glasses. "Yes, I am Cyclops and I'm warning you to stay your distance," Scott said in a determined way. The color of his glasses then changed into a neon bright red.

Kitty and Tania walked along the hallway towards Tanias room "I'll let you get settled in. Come downstairs when yer ready, I'll make you something to eat" she smiled happily.
"Thanks Kitty. I'm famished, been on the road without a food break. I'll be down soon as I unpack my things" Tania replied giving Kitty a warm hug.
Kitty walked back downstairs and Tania walked into her room. It hadn't been touched since she left, just like Kitty said.
She sighed and sat on her bed and began to unpack her clothes and put them in her dresser unit.

Cat laughs, and the flames edge closer to Scott. "What're you gonna do, pretty boy?.... Shoot me?.... My fire is a match to your laser, easy....." Suddenly she lets the flames evaporate back into her and turns to Logan. Cat jerks her thumb at Scott and raises an eyebrow. "Is he always like this?....."

Tania looked all around her room. It somehow felt empty, even though nothing had really changed. Have I changed?" she asked herself
The time she spent away from the Institute, from the X-Men, her friends gave her time to rethink her life.
"Am I ready to be here again?" she asked herself this time aloud.

Finally unpacking she made her way out into the hallway and began to make her way back downstairs.

(To keep this RP running smoothly I've asked Mal to take on Magento as a charrie. I know I said you could play him Frost, but I would really like to see this RP flow, and you're just not posting. So..sorry if that seems harsh.)

Magneto stood before a large group of seated mutants, their eyes gaving upon their leader. He lifed his hands out wide and smiled.
"Welcome my brothers. Today is the time to begin a new era in our history. As you know the Earth is a dangerous place..." His hands dropped to his side and behind him a holograph of the earth powered up, slowly rotating. "... Even more dangerous for our kin, humans fear what they do not know. And so..." The earth was suddenly littered with small red dots. "...I have decided to send out an invitation to all mutants, even the X-Men, to join us here for a peacefull trial. I am sending all of you to find these mutants and personaly invite them."
He waved a hand toward the mutants and a fleet of data disks went to each mutant, with information about who they were to meet.
"I hope you shall not fail me. Please feel free to discuss this with me. Meeting adjurned." He smiled and turned walking off, back to his office.

Kim looked over the data screen and scowled "The Xavier Institute?" she sighed aloud.
She looked up at Magneto walking to his office and made her way through the crowd towards his room. Tapping on the metallic door, she waited patiently for a reply.

Magneto had just sat down in his chair, when he head the knock. He looked up at the door from behind his desk and smiled.
"Enter."
The door slid open and he smiled at the sight before him.
"Ah Tempest, what can I do for you?"

Magneto turned towards the door and saw the girl, Tempest. His eyes showed nothing but inside his heart, disgust manifested. She was a mercenary, not one to care about mutant rights. Only how much money she made doing her jobs. Magneto already had plans to give Icefire the job to ask Charles and his students to join him.

P.S. The first post I made...Magneto isn't saything about a fight. He just says that there are some mutants still inside Earth that are being persecuted.
