Edward kept that giddy smile on his face and those scintillated joyful eyes lighted. His hair bounced as he happily followed Will into the hall.

Will was happy that Edward was following him and also that he was not asking questions. Will hated being asked to many questions at one time....especially when he had his mind on other matters.
Once down into a maze of school halls filled with lockers, Will called out, "Jack! Jack Sparrow! Where are you captain?" His eyes shifted back and forth....back and forth.....back and forth.....searching every hallway and listening for any response he might hear.
"Come on lad," he turned to Edward, "Help me out here. Call out his name."

Edward stopped and looked at Will. "...who is Jack?..." he simply said in a quiet tone of voice. He went to snip his scissorhands, but remembered that he can't anymore.

Will turned around with his eyebrows lifted high. "You don't know Captain Jack Sparrow? Why...he is the best pirate around these parts." Will smiled and then said, "Follow me!"
Will turned many corners of hallways until finally when coming around a corner too quickly, he bumped into Jack knocking the compass out of Jack's hands....only to send it tumbling through the air.

"AH! No, catch it!" Jack watched in horror as the compass headed towards the school's tile.
Meanwhile, down the hall, Edward was still squeaking his way down, trying the best he could to follow Will at a quick pace. He apparently hadn't made it to the scene yet.

Magneto strolled forward, flanked by Ra's and Boromir. He said, "I will only say this once kindly. Give me the Ring! I won't even keep it for long. Only long enough for my friends and I to accomplish our goals."

Frodo finally pulled his small hand out of Wonka's throat. He sat on his rear and scooted himself backward with his hands and feet. He looked as if he would make a mad dash for it at any time.

Obi-Wan looked back at the hobbit and then turned his blue eyed gaze back at Ra, Boromir and Magneto. "Are you still searching for that ring?" He shook his head in disbelief. "Well, I'm sorry sir, but I don't think you'll be having it anytime soon. I think the little one (Frodo) is set on that." He looked over at Frodo, "Aren't you now lad?"

Will heard Jack's scream and looked up in the air for the compass. Unfortunately he didn't see it at all. His brown eyes shot back and forth looking up toward the ceiling. He breathed heavily with anxiousness.

Willy gasped for fresh air as finally the hobbit hand that felt like cork down his throat had been released. "Gosh darnit! You could've killed me!" He coughed loudly and cupped his mouth with his purple glove.

Jack suddenly dived down to school's tile as if he were diving off a ship. "AHHH!" He screamed as he watched the compass hit the ground...oh wait, Jack opened his eyes, it had hit the palm of his hand. He had caught it after all.

Will was still looking up in the air frantically even after Jack caught the compass. "WHERE JACK? WHERE IS IT?" Will ran aimlessly back and forth looking up in the air.

Jack rolled his eyes, staring at the compass in his hand. "Right 'ere...in my hand. Thanks for the 'elp Turner."
He moaned and pushed himself off the hard floor knowing that the next morning he would see a massive purple bruise on his left hip.

Finally, the skinny black suited body of Edward came squeeking around the corner. His face was blank, but his eyes looked alive with curiosity as he made his way to stand next to Will. "...can you fix me now?..."

Will shrugged at Jack and said, "Sorry Jack, I didn't see it."
Will turned to face Edward who was now standing next to him. "Jack, this lad needs our help and I intend to fix him." Will pointed to Edward's twisted scissors.
Will introduced Jack to Edward, "This is Captain Jack Sparrow, the greatest pirate that ever roamed the Seven Seas." And then Will introduced Edward to Jack, "Jack this is.....err....." Will had forgotten that Edward never to him his name.

"...Edward..." The young boy's hidden face behind his crazed hair drew a sudden small smile as he examined the pirate infront of him. He would've snipped his scissors in delight, except you must remember, they didn't snip anymore.

Jack took a step backwards, yet poked out his neck and wrinkled his nose almost in digust. His dark underlined eyes eyeballed Edward with a strong sense of curiosity.
He then turned his head to look at Will then muttered, "Well, I can see he needs bloody help all right..."
