(Sorry to take so long on the answering.)
Wasp bounded out the store behind Joss, her purple hair swaying with the steps. Her expression was similar to an over excited puppy, her mouth wide open with a silly grin pasted on it and her eyes wide with exaggerated happiness.
"Thank you," she called back over her shoulder to the people in the store. "That was nice of them to let us have these, wasn't it?"
She started to hum a tuneless song that she just invented, and it was only interrupted by another childish question.
"Where do people stay? Is it as fun as the clothing store?"

Joss grinned at her a moment. Truth be told, he was quite proud of himself for pulling that off. He'd never actually put his abilities to the test like he had back there. It was a new feeling, and not one he disliked...
"That man's looking for a place to stay too," Joss observed, sensing a passerby's thoughts. We watched the man walk down the street to a building with a brightly lit neo Motel sign. "Let's follow him."

Kae had finally made it to the outskirts of the old Central Park. It was now overgrown and unkempt in places. It was a known hangout for the worst of the worst. For a normal it wasn't a safe place to be. For Kae, they had best avoid her instead. Anyone who got in her way would be taken out, no hesitation.
She kept walking, flicking out her left hand, letting the gun click out and ready for use. She began to survey the area, looking for any signs of the fugitive or Cassandra. Walking deeper into the center of the park she wasn't kept waiting. The limp, cold body of her fellow Operative was lying across an old pathway. Kae assessed her neck had been snapped and the right leg was broken. The fugitive was nowhere to be seen. Which meant he was heading out amongst the people. Something that could not be tolerated.
Kae took one last look at Cassie and focussed on her mission. Find the Fugitives.
