((Oops, sorry... didn't see it. lol))
Rachel made it to the castle in probably close to thirty minutes tops. She had slowed down quite a bit, since it was freezing and the castle started looking more creepy as she neared it. She wrapped her arms around herself and walked up to the front door. She looked over it first, and then grabbed the large door knob, with a shaky hand.
She pushed the door open, and inside was completely empty. With people, more likely. She walked in more, and looked around. There were pictures in some places, but everything else looked dark and lonely. She raised an eyebrow.
"H-Hello?" She called out, softly.

(I'm ok with it, then Mari's character can freak out when you bring me home. Ha ha!)
The voice echoed through the castle walls. It was loud, but disturbed no object. Cobwebs danced through the cold air the castle walls let in. Everything had an eerie look to it, but something inside was rather comforting.
Then, a sudden brush of what seemed liked paper came from up high, above the old staircase.

Rachel looked upstairs and slowly started climbing up them. "Is anyone here?" She called again. She seemed to be comforted by the surroundings of the castle. But, she had no idea why. She made it up the stairs and walked down the left corridor.

(Don't forget that your character might freak out when she sees Edward, because Rachel never really did believe her mother's stories of such a character.)
The voice of Rachel's echoed high again as it grew louder once higher in the air. Once it faded away another sound of paper seemed to disrupt and a few steps were heard before they seemed to settle in one place.

Rachel heard the footsteps and the sound of paper again. She raised her eyebrow and slowly looked over her shoulder. She screamed loudly, with what she saw in front of her. "OH MY GOD!!!"

Edward's eyes widened as she found his shadowed spot. He backed away in fear of the yells and frowned his eyebrows. He held up his hands infront of his upper body almost in need for protection. He looked scared as he felt himself shake.

Rachel put her hand over her chest, almost to calm herself. She looked over Edward's body and then calmed down quite a bit. "Who are you?" She asked softly. She had never seen anything like him before. It was almost amazing.

Mara walked up to the castle, loveing all the sculptures out front. She had gone to her friends, Rachel's house, to visit considering her family life was pretty rough. But when Kim, Rachel's mom, told her she had gone, she knew the castle was the only place she would go to. Opening the front door, she called out. "Rachel, are in here? It's Mara!"

Edward kept trying to back up, but one of his ice sculptures stopped him to where he could go no more. He still held his hands infront of him as his dark brown eyes searched the face infront of his. His eyes darted back and forth examining every detail and feature of her looks. "Ki-kim?" His voice was soft and quiet.

Edward leaned his weight back on the sculpture, not noticing it was starting to lean also back from his weight. He slowly and cautiously placed his hands by his side. The scissors caught the moonlights light. His eyes still looked at hers without moving and he said quietly under his breath, "Edward."

Rachel smiled a little and then looked down to his hands, or scissors more likely. She then looked back up into his eyes. "I've heard a lot about you." She stepped back a little, from him. "I'm sorry, I got so scared." She said quietly.

Edward blinked softly as he straightened back to his normal stance. He now stood under the moonlight. His skin was pale and he looked as if he hadn't slept in days. "Kim." His eyes started to look happy for once in 16 years.
