Ziara stared at Kiana and Leyghiel. It appeared that they knew each other. "How did you all meet?" she asked still keeping her eyes to the sky watching for Marcius.

She laughed softly. "I had been huntng for some food, and Kiana and I literally bumped into each other.."

"Yes." Kiana smiled. "She was hunting. Me. Quite on accident though. I was grazing as a deer, and she tried to bring me down. I saw her out of the corner of my eye and ran at her, trying to scare her enough so she wouldn't kill me. I did quite litteraly run into her." She smiled. She did not feel any ill will to Leyghiel. Food was a nessasary part of life, and Leyghiel needed it at the moment. She couldn't helpit if she looked like a very tastey deer.

Leyghiel chuckled and pulled her blonde hair back, revealing the pointed ends. "Yeah..we spent a bit of time together, before we had to go our seperate ways."

(I didn't think anyone would want to be an alien. I'm sorry, but an alien just does not fit into what I had in mind for this RPG. You're welcome to pick another race such as human, elf, vampire, shapeshifter, etc. Anything that would appear in a fantasy story. Aliens are science fiction not fantasy.)

Ziara let out a melodious laugh. "That is quite an interesting way to meet someone, is it not?" she said when she had stopped laughing. Then, remembering herself, she darted her eyes back to the high elf. She wanted to make sure he did not run off.

Marcius took a break from his flying. He drank some blood when he saw a bat land and transform into a Vampire. "Finally, I found you, Marcius," he said. "I'm sorry?" Marcius asked. "Well...I'm your cousin," he said. "The name's Khadoin. I'm the Vampire Leader's son, your uncle." "Oh, well...Hi," Marcius said. He didn't know he had a cousin. "You said you wanted to see me?" "Yeah!" Khadoin said. "Well, you see, my father is dealing with a really nasty coup. And I was sent to find you to see if your king could give us a hand." Marcius said, "Well.....we ourselves had a coup as well. The king got killed along with most of his family and servants. I was away at the time and the king's daughter, Her Highness, is the only royal family member left. The new guy, the Dark One, is a real brute. I was trying to get your father to join us." "Great, then we can help each other," Khadoin said cheerfully. "I got like about 200 Vampires. How about you? I doubt the Dark One killed all the warriors that are loyal to Her Highness." "We got about a hundred Elven warriors," Marcius said sheepishly. "Well, let's go then." Khadoin said. And with that, he turned into a bat and waited as if asking his cousin to guide him. Marcius sighed, turned back into a bat and flew towards his comrades with his cousin behind him.

(I'm sorry I haven't posted other than my bio, but I'm really not sure how to bring myself into the story. I'm reading each post though, trying to find a sensible point. Got any suggestions?)

After a few moments Ziara saw Marcius flying back towards them. To her surprise he had another vampire with him. "What news?" she called out.

Marcius landed along with his cousin. Together they both turned into their human form. "Milady," Marcius began. "This is my cousin, Khadoin, who coincidently was looking for me. His father is the Vampire Leader....what's his name again." He asked Khadoin. Khadoin whispered something into his ear; Marcius nodded and continued. "As I was saying, the Vampire Leader's name is Siktus. You see Lord Siktus is dealing with some rebels that are in the citadels. Khadoin here was going to ask your late father, the King, for help. Lord Siktus has about 200 Vampires in his disposal. The number will grow bigger if we defeat the rebels. So if we help them, they'll help us." Khadoin then whispered something to Marcius. Marcius nodded and said, "Khadoin said that we also have Gargoyles that could be of use to both you and Lord Siktus. Khadoin will take us to his Lord and we can arrange an alliance."

Ziara nodded to Khadoin after Marcius had introduced him. 'It is an honor to meet you, Khadoin," she said. She looked away at the mention of her father. She was trying to hide the tears welling up in her eyes. She and her father had been very close. His death was the most devastating to her out of all the people who were killed. After a period of silence she said quietly, "So news of my father's death has not gone very far. Maybe when news of our tradgedy reaches other lands more people will fight for me." She shook her head returning to the issue at hand, "Khadoin, my people and I will help you defeat these rebels, just as my father would have. Thank you for agreeing to aid me in exchange for this. When should I ready my army?"

Khadoin said, "Now will be nice. My father will be of great need. Come, I'll show you the way." Both Marcius and Khadoin turned into bats and waited for them.

"Wait," Ziara said as she mounted her stallion, Gaidin, "Allow me to go alert my men. I will have them follow at a distance and they will be signaled when needed." She rode off into the night in search of the place where around 50 elven men who were loyal to her made their camp. When she arrived she stood in her stirrups and yelled out, "My brothers, you have been loyal to me and for that I thank you. Now we are needed by our vampire allies. Rebels have been attacking them and in return of our aid to them, they will help us defeat Manethredon. Follow me. I will be guided by one of their own and you must follow at a distance and come to me when you here my signal." She pulled a golden horn out of her saddle bags and said, "When you here me blow on this, then you must come as quickly as you can." She waited for the men to gather their weapons and get on their mounts and then she cried, "For Dashiara!" And began to gallop back to where Marcius, Khadoin, Leyghiel, Kiana, and that suspicious high elf were waiting. When she arrived she said, "Alright now I am ready to depart. My men will come to your aid when I give them a signal. They will be ready." And then they began their journey.

Kiana watched as Marcius and his cousin came back. Thier story was interedsting, and she wanted to help them. Ziana started to move, and they had begun thier journey. Kiana ran along side the rest of the band. She cursed the slowness of two-leggers and shifted into a wolf, so she could easily keep up with the group

Leyghiel rode astride Wilmarwen, mindful ot the wings. The Pegasus nickered softly,and Leyghiel smiled slightly before looking at Kiana.
