Arya looked at Eragon and Murtaugh,"this is a strange quest we've gotten into."

Boromir given up trying to figure out what's going on. Besides it's probably just wizard and elven tricks. As long as they can save Gondor with it, he thought. I can hardly mind. Now he waited impatiently to begin.

The next day everyone woke up early. They met by the entrance to Rivendell with their supplies and packed up Bill. Aragorn said goodbye to Arwen and waited for the rest of the people to get ready.
Rogeu double checked to make sure she had packed an extra pair of gloves. Just in case, she thought.

Eragon shrugged at Murtagh and sighed. "I have no clue." He patted Saphira's neck and sighed, then went to prepare.

Legolas and Turwaithiel talked for long hours of the quest and the newcomers. Then, they both got ready and then talked again until the morning came and the departing day was near at hand.

Storm went looking for Kitty, surprised that she was here and not back at the academny.

Saphira lay in a bed of hay the elves had prepared for her, waiting to depart soon, Eragon atop her back - of course.

These elves She started to talk with her rider, are much different from the ones in Alagaesia... Though very much alike in many ways... Though you looked very surprised, little one, when you found a pile of meat upon your plate at dinner." This was said with the raspy sound of a dragon's laugh, revealing her amusment with Eragon's antics earlier that day.

"Mutation?" Brom said suprisingly. "I think I better leave asking questions about this thing called mutatuion." Brom walked towards Eragon and Sapphira. "Ready, kid?" he asked as the preparations were nearly completed. Without waiting Eragon to respond, he started to give some suggestions he though that might be useful. "Protect your dragon, Eragon no matter what happens, decide wisefully. And make you sure that your sword is drawn and your ready to cast the spells that I taught you. Do not try anything unusual. And one last thing to remember, if a dragon dies, you live but if you die, the dragon dies as well. And we are in a place we do not know nothing about so be very careful." As he finished his suggestions, he saw Eragon feel suffocated from his unending suggestions. "I leave you alone to relax" he moved away from them.

He looked at the kids who talked about the mutation before. "Do not you need to wield a sword or a dagger?"

Darren smiled. "I think I will see if I can find myself a sword or some weapon, though I will need training with the use of it," he said. He might as well take advantage of this dream or whatever it was and learn to use the sword while he was stuck in it.

Arya got atop her horse and rode over to Eragon waiting to leave.

Boromir began pacing around, waiting impatiently for the quest to begin.

Eragon nodded ot Saphira. It IS weird...yet these elves seem more...graceful...I'm not sure what to think. He looked up at Brom and smiled, then nodded gravely at his words. "I will protect her with my life." He stood as Arya came riding up. "Time to leave?"
