"Don't you need to get home or something?" Guinivere continued, turning from the window properly to look at the princess. "Why are you even staying with me?" She was genuninely curious, and her tone was subdued instead of irritated.

Guinivere laughed quietly. "What's to gain from immortality?" she asked bitterly. "A life through all the ages until the end of time - oh yes, the eternal youth, that's what the old hags want. But at that price?" She shook her head.

(Wow, sorry I fell behind. I hope this will catch me up with everyone-hope it made sense)

Calista raced to her room and grabbed her dark hooded cloak and slipped it about her. Next she grabbed her weapons, a bow and sword before checking to make sure that none of the guards had spotted her, she quickly made her way to the stables and mounted her mare. "To the woods, Alena" she whispered as she urged the animal into a gallop. "There's something there I must investigate." As she neared the crater, she found it deserted. Dismounting the animal she bent low, only to find tracks leading away from the scene. Swiftly remounting the animal again, she urged the mare in the direction of the tracks, which stopped in front of a cottage. I wonder who could be in there, she thought to herself. Pulling her cloak about her, she dismounted Alena, motioning to be silent as the horse snorted a response. Slowly, she made her way to the door, her hand gripping her sword in the process-unsure of who or what she may find inside.

Guinivere had good hearing. She looked at Sierra and whispered very quietly. "There's someone outside." Her blue eyes were now very wide, and she was extremely glad that Sierra had a sword.

Celandine looked around, looking for the voice. Lying wouldn't be a good start, she knew, so the truth it was.
"I am Celandine. Who are you?"

Aurora frowned as she heard not hostility in the girls voice. She looked to the crator in the distance and then the small cottage, not that far behind her. "Aurora," she called, "Why are you here?"

Sierra frowned at Guinivere's warning of someone outside. She creeped to the window and looked out to see the dark cloaked figure standing by the door. A cautiouse hand went to the covered hilt of her sword. She went to the door, and leaned against it.
"Who are you?" she called to the figure...

Guinivere moved slowly towards the door as the two sisters spoke with each other. She stayed mostly behind Sierra, but her glow was unmistakable as the relief that it was only another member of the royal family kicked in.

Calista smiled at her sister as she pulled back her hood. "Let's just say that from the palace I witnessed a rather unusual phenomenon and being curious I just had to…” she broke off in mid-sentence as she saw Guinivere for the first time. “So the legends are true…” she muttered “I thought I had witnessed the falling of a star.” She then gave Guinivere a warm smile. “My name is Calista. It is honor to meet you.” she said with a gracious nod of her head.
