Devina scowled heavily, as the sails were drawn up again. But she didnt really mind, now that Jack was gone, she'd be in charge of the ship. "Any man who falls behind, is left behind..." she muttered to herself. She swung around to the wheel, and grinned at Annamaria "Get back on course, any ship that comes into sight, I want to hear off it, and its colours. Savey?"

Jack didn't move, as Portia stood up. He stared at her, squinting in the suns rays. "Portia?" He stared at her some more then shook his head side to side, "Sorry, love, I don't know you."

Portia started to say something, but then stopped. "I thought I knew ya, Jack." She folded her arms, and looked to her feet. "I was wrong." She shook her head and started walking away, filled with anger and sadness.

Elizabeth paced the hallway infront of her daughters door. She was shaking for some reason. Finally she went up to the door and knocked.

Cathrene had been practicing with a sword that Jack had given her. She was doing fairly well. Then she heard a knock at the door.
"Catherene?" Elizabeth said.
Oh, bother it's mother. I am going to be in so much trouble if she catches me with this. She thought. Hastily she shoved the sword under her bed then brushed up her dress to make sure she was presentable. Okay I am ready. She said to herself. Breathlessly she took out the book her mother had given her to read then sat on the bed.
"Yes mother?" Cathrene said.

Elizabeth opened the door. Catherene was reading.
"Dinner is almost ready, wash up first, ok?" Elizabeth said.
She looked at her daughter suspiciously, she sensed that Cathrene was hiding something.

Cathrene smiled and looked up from her book. "Alright, mother."
She gently closed the book and put it on her night stand. The went to the basin (I think that's what you call it) and started to wash her hands. I hope she didn't catch me. Cathrene thought to herself while she was washing her hands.

Catherene bent down to check and make sure her sword was still under her bed. Then went down stairs hurriedly in a non lady like fashion. The maid looked at her rather oddly. She blushed and walked slowly towards the dining room.
She sat down at her seat. She noticed her father wasn't home yet. She sighed.
