Right, all the characters so far have been captured by the queen and held for some time in her dungeons. They manage to get out, and try to get fuin the horse to the Beavers house, as she's injured, Fuin gets ther ok, but the others get attacked. They manage to beat the mosters and have just arrived at the beavers house, but they know she'll send out more monsters, so they and the pevensies are about to run away.

Meron stalked up to the beaver's dam. She heard voices inside-the beavers, yes, but other voices she didn't recognize. She looked in a window. Were those-humans?

Meron was startled. "You mean- humans? Like the prophecies said?" Could it be possible that the old prophecies were actually true? That sons of Adam and daughters of Eve had come and would save Narnia from the White Witch?
