Aliright, I know that this is my second RPG in a week, but I simply can't help myself. And PLEAAAASE forgive my eveident coping of the series 'Skyland'. I got this whole idea when I saw a comertial for it, and I simply couldn't help myself. I am especially refering to the use of 'The Sphere'.... Please tell me if you want me to abort this RPG if your mad at me. I just might do it... *Gulp* Well, here goes nothing... ------------------------------- A huge nuclear war has rendered the majority of the world lifeless, without substantial resources. But it's remaining inhabitence have managed to build a massive space craft, even for an era whose life was based on space travel, and set off, hoping to find an inhabitable place to live and thrive on. Then, after passing galaxy after galaxy, they found what they were looking for. Vitasphaera, translated roughly into 'Sphere of life' is what they called it. It was truly like no other galaxy ever discovered. It was a huge ball of breathable air, inside of it were over a hundred planets orbiting around a their sun. Each of the planets had at least three moons, and all of them had water on them. Although much of this seemed physicaly and scientificly impossible, it was all there none of the less. After exploring each of the planets, they found that, strangely, all of them were inhabitable, beautiful places. But some of them already were. And it was this problem that led to the division of the remaining earth inhabitance. It started with the issue of what to do with the already inhabited portion of the galaxy. The leader, Orosar, wanted to completely wipe out the creatures and concour the land, while a rebel, Jahaun, said that they should respect them and learn how to live in Vitasphaera from them. This conflict resulted in large rebel party, over three quarters of the original party to leave the large ship and settle on the planet, Beroid, while the rest of the party, naming themselves 'The Sphere', they had all of the smarts. They had the majority of the scientists, and the richest ones. The banking system of earth had been transplanted to their new home, and everyone's financial status had stayed the same. As the newly founded Sphere planned to overrun the rebels, then the aliens, the rebels on Beroid were adapting to their new home and then sending others to other planets, and soon they have exploered and inhabited 12 planets. Then, a research party from Beroid was sent to a new planet, which had a strange yellowish blue glow. Once there, they found huge amounts of radioactive rock, which strangely, was not dangerous in any way, and were giving off unheard of amounts of gamma rays. After experimenting with a sample in their labs, the rebels soon discovered that with some basic science, one could unleash a horrible amount of raw energy and power. One the Sphere would die to get their hands on. Soon after this discovery, it was realized that the explores and scientists that had had extended exposure to the rock were effected by the rays in a way that they now had the abibity to control and manipulate raw energy. But by this time, they had decided that they, having discovered this horrible power, would be the ones to protect their people from it. Now, in the year 3010, they live as regular people, but have constant contact with Jahaun and the rest of their leadership, and are called upon to protect the rebels and their secret goldmine of power. ------------------------------- Rules: *Romance is allowed, but you know the rules. *No power playing without permission *No godmodding *Have fun! ------------------------------- Characters: ------ Rebel protectors -- Explorers: Scientists: ------ Rebel OCs: ------ Sphere OCs: ------------------------------------- Well... Alright! Thanks, both of you. And sorry if I was a bit vague, but the explorers and scientists are the rebel protectors. I myself will be reserving a spot for a rebel explorer, and I'll also be playing the evil genius Orosar.
