The storyline follows the events after third movie of X-Men when the cure is made and given to the all mutants who are willing to change and live as humans. But X-Men still exists only Rogue gave up on her powers but is allowed to stay in the mansion. Things seems settled for now but behold to the greatest war that will be lived ever. Apocalypse, his four horseman have begun his war on humans and mutants, beginning with his invasion of the mutant-controlled nation of Genosha. Professor X come to the realization that the only way to defeat this enemy that threatens all life on the planet is to X-Men intervene in the situation before it is too late and stop Apocalypse at all costs.

Wolverine was out of the mansion for getting some fresh air. He had not stayed so far from outdoors, working like 5-6 hours a day in the mansion to cover the jobs at the mansion surely was not something he would like to do. He had missed the old days, passing through before his eyes like it happened yesterday as he lit a cigar while he was outsider and came to the mansion, hang out around, talk to the students. However, he had been through so much, loss of Jean Grey and Xavier sure made a quiet adverse effect on him. He had no idea what to feel and why to feel such emotions. If it was something bareable, he could withstand it, fight till it dies or get accustomed to it however, he had not felt that way. That feeling somehow pervading himself. Wolverine looked at the mansion for one more time by sighing before going to do what he is supposed to do.

Personality: Very dark and mysterious
Powers: A very curious ability. If Decay touches a living tissue, it will slowly rot and die. If he touches a metal, it will begin to rust and disintegrate. If he touches stone or rubber or plastic, it will disintegrate. To prevent this, he has to wear specially designed gloves. Apparently the powers do not work on himself. He can also cause uncontrolled fear by telepathically transmitting hallucinations.

Powers: She has the ability to create defensive shields and beams of mass destruction form light magic. In her most powerful state, her body can become the energy itself, transforming her into a woman of golden light that can rip through any object. However, she rarely uses this technique as the transformation leaves her weak and vulnerable to attack.
Other powers: Flying and a healing factor (though it is not as powerful or as quick as Wolverine's)

Decay drove his SmartCar up close Magneto's palace, which also served as the government center for Genosha. Ignoring the guards that went towards his car, he quickly went to Magneto's office. He found him, gazing out the window. Decay took a minute to straighten himself up before calling Magneto's attention to him.
"Sir," Decay began. "A large fleet of ships are approaching us and.."
"Yes, Thomas," Magneto said, turning towards him. "I'm quite aware of them. They triggered our sensors when they were a thousand miles away from our island. I've already arranged the defenses, called the X-Men, and prepared your armour."
Decay was a bit shocked to hear that. "My armour, sir?"
"Yes, Thomas," Magneto said. "Your armour. I've managed to create an exoskeleton that transfers your curious ability across distances."
"I can already do that, sir."
"No, not that one. The decay one. I had the vague feeling that you would need it."
Magneto summoned the armour from the other room and had it levitate in front of Decay. Decay viewed the exoskeleton critically it. It had a large breastplate for protection and a helmet that covered much of his heads. A pair of gloves were attached to the helmet with wires of sorts. He put the armour on and admired the ingenuity of Magneto. He concentrated his thoughts on a small wooden piece that was on Magneto's desk. To his surprise and later dismay, the desk and the piece began to rot. "Thank you sir," Decay said.
"You're quite welcome, Thomas," Magneto said slightly kindly. "Now as you say, a fleet of enemy ships requests our attention."

Sable Sky walked through the mansion, and went outside. It was hard to be left alone. Sable Saxon, as she was always called. Mostly because of her facination with knifes and anything sharp. So as she got older the name Saxon stayed, even now she called herself that, as a codename. It was quite appropriate, considering what it meant and her power. She looked up to see a man who was almost hated, yet loved by all, in her opinion. "Logan." she said in greeting.

Arianna sat under a tree outside of the mansion. From her line of sight saw Sable speaking with Logan, and a smile crossed her lips at the sight. The scene of tranquility was a quite welcome after last battle that took place. It was her hope that it would be the last war that would need to be waged-that a new dawn will come for both mutants and men. She sighed in contentment as the wind blew strands of her dark locks about her and she quickly brushed back her hair. Leaning back against the tree, she created a flicker of light from her hand, smiling slightly again at its glow. Dawn had she been called, named for her control of light power. With that she quickly extinguished the light, and remained where she was, content to be in the beauty of the moment.

Kitty leaned against a windowsill, watching Sable and Logan. Good luck to her, she thought. It had been relatively quiet in the mansion lately. Everything was back to normal. She smiled to herself and retreated back inside.

Decay and Magneto soon joined the rising ranks of defending mutants. Decay couldn't help admiring Magneto's genius in designing the defenses of Genosha . Most of the defense weapons were manufactured to adapt to the different mutants powers. An pyrokinetic was assigned to man a evil-looking flamethrower while a telekinetic was hooked up to a fairly large and complex structure that looked like a telephone booth. It was obvious used to amplify her powers. Decay took out his binoculars and looked for the enemy ships. They were mostly motorboats but there were a couple military vessels as well as those that flew in the air. Decay had no idea how far his powers could reach with his exoskeleton.

Logan was not in a good mood at the moment but smiled fakely to Saxon. "Sable" he greeted her back. Logan while greeting her, his mind was somewhere else, somewhere far away everytime smoke came out of both his mouth and nose. "A lovely and quiet day, is not it?" he said in a rather sour tone. Logan threw the cigar away on the floor and pressed it on so hard like he crushed on not the cigar itself only but the emotion pervading him all over outrageously.
