Ok, this is the premise. It is after POTC 3 and after Peter Pan. Captain James Hook is back. But he and his crew left Neverland and are now on the seas. Jack is still after the Fountain of youth, Will is still captain of the Dutchman, and Elizabeth is at home with her son. That’s when Rene shows up. She needs Elizabeth’s help to find the Jolly Roger, and her Husband, its captain. In the Mean time Peter Pan has also left Neverland and has been captured by Barbossa, who he asks for help in killing Hook, once and for all, not knowing Hook is Barbossa’s son-in-law.
