The Very First Post:




Plotline Of What's Taken Place So Far:

Varianna Pierce came to Port Royal after she was mutinied upon by her crew. She is in search of a new crew and a boat and has a secret about the Dead Man's Chest. She was caught stealing from the market by Commodore Norrington, who is really depressed that Elizabeth chose Will over him, and Norrie let Vari escape on purpose. The first night, Vari met Will Turner and his friend Carmon Applegate [PD's character] who is the step-daughter of a pirate-hating man named Mr. Jansen. [She has a brother named Cole, or Nicolas Applegate]. So Vari stayed with Carmon overnight to keep out of sight of the redcoats. There, Carmon fixed Vari up and made her a proper lady to fool Mr. Jansen into thinking that she wasn't a pirate. She said that Cole could find Vari a ship, but Cole was out in the morning and she didn't know when he'd be back.


Meanwhile, Edward Blackhaven [another of my characters] and Charlotte Percy [PD's character] were in Port Royal for no real reason. They met Sam [Will (the member's) Character] and Emma [another of PD's] and Edward said they were looking for Cole because he and Edward are friends. They traveled to the Applegate mansion and found Vari was there. Soon, after hiding out for a while, Mr. Jansen discovered the pirates and that Vari was a pirate. Norrington brought his men to the house with Cole, who had been allegedly 'helping a pirate escape jail'. A battle ensued; Edward was shot, Vari and Emma were captured and taken to jail by a redcoat named Oliver Cantrell [Keyara Pierce's foster brother after she ran away from home when she was little].

While this is taking place, Keyara Pierce met with Lord Cutler Beckett in London, England and offered to help him retrieve the Dead Man's Chest. She told him that Norrington helped Jack Sparrow to escape his hanging, along with Will and Elizabeth. They are on their way over to Port Royal to arrest the four [beginning of DMC] but currently are being attacked by the Kraken.

And Will and Elizabeth have been away in the blacksmith shop, spending some quality time together, although they're not as close or talking as deeply as Elizabeth would prefer.

CURRENTLY:
Edward, Sam, Cole and Carmon have escaped the Applegate mansion and gone into the creepy woods near the outskirts of Port Royal, where Edward is slowly dying. Before she was captured, Vari gave Sam a note addressed to Edward, which confesses her love for him. [[**Sam, Vari and Edward were all friends about 10 years ago, until Beckett destroyed Vari's ship and they lost each other in a horrible storm at sea. Sam and Vari both love Edward, but he doesn't know it.]] Across town, Vari and Emma are being placed in jail cells at the Fort, where they meet Aurora-Rose Dupont and are awaiting the gallows. Meanwhile Charlotte is sneaking through the town, having just learned that Vari and Emma are in the jail she plans on going to get them out somehow.

Appearance: Waist length brunette hair, piercing hazel eyes, slim figure.
Apparel: A red button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows, a black corset/vest over the red shirt, a pair of black pants that go down to the knees and black stockings. Her shoes resemble those of the British Navy, with gold buckles and a small heel.
Personality: Vari doesn't like to be messed with. When she's angry, nobody dares to get in her way.
Weapons: Varianna's weapons include her trusty sword, her gun, and a dagger that was gifted to her by Captain Jack Sparrow.
Background/History: Varianna was born on April 27th in the Caribbean. Her mother was a maid and her father was a servant. She grew up very poor and her family could not afford much. The living conditions of Vari's family were horrible, and they didn't have a lot of money. Varianna was 13 when her mother died of a terrible disease and her father became a drunkard. Her younger sister, Keyara made the decision to run away from home and she never came back. Now, Vari was on her own. This meant she would have to find a job, which was hard to do when everywhere she went people called her an unfortunate orphan and no one would hire her because she was too young and poorly dressed. Vari was sick of people not trying to help her, so instead of working, she began to steal from shops and markets. Then it occurred to her: she should become a pirate.
At the age of 17 Vari commandeered a ship and gathered a small crew of twelve. Together, they plundered numerous cities.
At the age of 21, Varianna met Captain Jack Sparrow - they became friends and the two had marvelous adventures.

Appearance:
Apparel: British Navy Apparel, but when in disguise, a pirate-y looking outfit
Personality: Keyara is very crafty and sly; she can get her own way with just a little persuasion and is very impatient, just like her sister.
Weapons: A pistol, sword and a gun (provided by the Navy)
Background/History: Keyara was born on July 6th in the Caribbean. Her mother was a maid and her father was a servant. She grew up very poor and her family could not afford much. The living conditions of her family were horrible, and they didn't have a lot of money.
At the age of 11, Keyara ran away from home, abandoning her sister and her long-gone parents. When she became of age, Keyara joined the Royal Navy and decided to track down and capture pirates. When she was 22, she met up with Vari again and instead of a sisterly reunion, the two became rivals...

If I join as an OC, could she end up with Norrington, unless you want to keep the original plot where Norrington still loves Elizabeth.

Well, I believe we're gonna have Norrie still love Elizabeth because I personally don't believe he would really want anyone else either (no offence meant though!).
the plot for now is basically what happened in the year between CotBP and DMC. So if you, Freya, as Gov. Swann want to do something to do with Gov. Swann's relationship with Lord Beckett and try to explain that you can (just let me know since I will be playing Beckett ). You could have him take a trip to England where he runs across Lord Beckett or whatever you want to do (of course). And, Will, as Norrie it would be cool with me to do anything.... tell of his travels while trying to find Jack or whatever. Anie and I will tell the Willabeth story...... and then Aramel can add in her OCs wherever she wants to.

(that sound good? I didn't overlook anyone who's joined? (this is the first time I've done something like this so I'm not totally sure what I'm doing yet. lol)) The_Doctors_Girl, do you want to do a different OC even if she can't be with Norrington?)

P.S so far I think we have the entire cast we need played.... unless someone wants to add in OCs.
