A ship could vaguely be seen sailing across the water on a warm Caribbean night. This ship bore black sails and on further inspection one would recognize it by the name, the Black Pearl. At the helm stood the fierce looking, proud captain, Captain Hector Barbossa. Two other people, a man and a woman, stood on the deck leaning over the side of the ship, talking. The night was clear, but something about it cast a gloomy and depressing feel. The other captain (yes, this ship was that very same acclaimed Black Pearl which had two captains) had been lost, or what was thought to be lost, two days before. They had engaged in a battle with another pirate ship and they had sustained many fatalities and many people and things had gone missing during and afterward, one of whom was Captain Jack Sparrow. The crew had mourned over this loss and they had searched for their good captain as far and as long as Captain Barbossa would allow, but eventually the search had to be given up. And so they were now journeying toward the New World, America, on the mission to find a treasure....

And so that's where this tale starts... the background of it is...
After the Last Stand of the pirates against Lord Cutler Beckett, there passed 30 relatively peaceful years. In that time, the crew of the Black Pearl had gotten the mysterious Fountain of Youth and, after a slight fight, Captain Jack and Captain Barbossa had made a truce, although their friendship still remained shaky at times. William Turner came back from his duties on the Flying Dutchman and he now sailed the seas with his wife, Elizabeth Turner. They had four marvelous children, although one of them was claimed by the sea (or so they think) at a young age. After Will's return he and Elizabeth received the Fountain of Youth as well. The America they are now sailing to is in now in the middle of their revolution from England. And what they are looking for is the fabled treasure Jack had heard about earlier that year...

hmmm, well, Freya would you like to just play Jack so Tur can play Will? Is that alright?

Tur, of coures you can play Will and Lizzie's daughter. :yes: just make up a bio and all that and I'll mark her down... (you know how this works ;))

so now we have one more Turner child for anyone who wants to play him/her... and also Will III if he's gonna show up in this RP. And then any other OCs! :-D (I might have to add one or two of mine even...)

Apparel: A red button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows, a black corset/vest over the red shirt, a pair of black pants that go down to the knees and black stockings. Her shoes resemble those of the British Navy, with gold buckles and a small heel. Also wears a red bandanna given to her by her fiancé, Richard.
Personality: Vari doesn't like to be messed with. When she's angry, nobody dares to get in her way. She also enjoys gambling and has a special pair of loaded dice on her person at all times. Vari doesn’t like talking about her past, especially about her fiancé, Richard Chandler, who was killed by Lord Cutler Beckett.
Weapons: Varianna's weapons include her trusted sword, her gun, and a dagger decorated with dragons from Singapore which was gifted to her by Captain Jack Sparrow.
Abridged History: Varianna Korinda Degaldo Pierce was born on April 27th in the Caribbean. After Vari’s mother died and her father left to become a drunkard, Vari was left with her younger sister, Keyara. When Keyara was 11 and Vari was 13, Keyara ran away because the two could hardly survive each week that passed. Later, when she was 17, Vari became captain of a small ship named the Phoenix. During that time she met and fell in love with Richard Chandler, her first mate. The two became engaged nearly five months after their meeting, but everything went wrong when Lord Cutler Beckett captured the Phoenix and killed Richard, leaving Vari heartbroken. Before escaping the Endeavour, Vari promised to get revenge on Beckett. At age 21. she met Captain Jack Sparrow, and later on, when she turned 27, Vari met some people that would change her life forever.
Other Notes: *Currently, Vari captains her own ship, the Sparrow, named after the infamous Jack Sparrow. She wants revenge on Lord Cutler Beckett for killing Richard and won’t stop until she gets it, no matter what it takes.
*She also has a rivalry with her sister Keyara because Keyara abandoned her when they were younger and was taken in by a soldier of the Royal Navy. Keyara hates Vari because she’s a pirate and does not approve of her actions.
*Vari uses her mother’s maiden name Degaldo when in disguise; she is known as Degaldo around Tortuga in a majority of the taverns.

Personality: Edward is extremely level-headed and is reluctant to resort to violence if the problem can be solved verbally. He is very protective of his friends and likes to have a good time when given the opportunity.
Weapons: A cutlass, a dagger and a pistol
Background/History: Edward Blackhaven was born on February 18th in Port Royal. At age 17, he made his way to Tortuga and met Varianna Pierce and joined her crew on the Phoenix. The two have been close friends ever since.
Recently, when Edward was buying goods off of one of his merchant friends, he met up with Vari again in Port Royal. This time, the two became closer than before and Edward finally told Vari what he had been waiting to tell her for years; how much he loved her. He is now the first mate on Vari’s ship, the Sparrow.
Other Notes: Eventually, Edward Blackhaven and Varianna Pierce were married and had three children (two boys and a girl), Ian Scott Blackhaven, Arden Ivory Blackhaven, and William Geoffrey Blackhaven [named after William Turner].

wecome, everyone! :-D Glad to have you all join! I've got ya all down... oh, and, Freya, since you'll be playing Jack I want you to know where he'll be starting in the story. R_T's plan was that he would wash ashore the island Maria was stranded on as a girl and they are gonna fall in love... :) is that cool with you?

Artemis, of course you can play the other Turner girl! :-D Just make up a bio like Tur...

and I think I shall be adding only one of my OCs... Emma Clarence, but first I have to re-do her bio... :erm:

Appearance: Short (about 5'2), sandy blonde hair cropped short (just reaching her chin), dark brown eyes, fair skin, boyish figure.
Personality: Very tom-boyish, more you will find out.

Raven, if you want to play Will III, you can... and if you want him to even be married you can do that too (since he's like 29 or so years old by this time)... whatever you want to do. :)
