This RP is going to be loosely based on the Jumper movie, but to make it more appealing to people who may not have seen it or rated it highly. I'm going to open it up to other mutations.

Basis:
The world is changing. Children are being born with abilities, it began with the Jumpers. People who can teleport anywhere on the planet just by thinking of it. But more and more children were being born with various other mutations. There is an organisation who have been fighting against the Jumpers for several centuries. The Paladin have strong convictions that they are doing things for the greater good and that the anomalies of nature must be eliminated. Now with the discovery of other powers, beyond that of Jumping, the Paladin have upped there hunting to expand to all mutations.
It's a matter of survival and instinct.

- You can play as Non-Canon characters only. But if you choose to play as a mutation other than Jumper, you can base your character on anyone else. The only Canon character I would like, would be the head Paladin, Roland.

- Non Jumpers may only have one power

Personality: Sarcastic, dark humour. Distrustful of people, keeps anyone she meets at arms length.
History: Borne of a wealthy Canadian family, she could have had anything she wanted. After being chastised by her mother, she experienced her first Jump and ended up in the garden at the back of her parents house. Terrified, Alex returned to her parents distraught but said nothing of her experience. A year or two passed and no other occurances manifested. So it was all put in the past, until one day she returned home with the family Au Pair, Selene. Her parents, brutally murdered. Selene took Alex away to safety and raised her as her own daughter. It wasn't till Alex turned 17 that her powers remanifested. Selene too, was murdered causing Alex to go into hiding.
Misc: Through her travels Alex has picked up a few skills like self defense and pick pocketing.

Personality: Soft-spoken and demure she appears to be aloof. She says little, preferring to let her actions speak for her. She also possesses a strong-will, a trait that allowed her to withstand the misery of her past. However, she is fiercely loyal to friends, willing to lay down her life to save theirs.
History: Born into a well to do family, she lived a relatively stable life until her parents were brutally murdered when she was 16. Angered by their violent deaths, her powers were revealed when she harnessed lightning to strike down the perpetrator. Ever since then she has been on the run, working at different jobs when she can get them.
Misc: During her years on the run she has learned some skills in defense so as not to use her powers as much.

History: Born on a Sioux reservation in South Dakota, she discovered quite early that she was different than the other people of her tribe. It began with hearing people's thoughts. Her other senses soon began to evolve and within a few years her world was like chaos. By puberty she was literally ready to explode and felt like she couldn't take it anymore so as a last resort she packed up the few things she owned and left reservation in the middle of the night. She hasn't been back since.
Misc: She is mute. Has never uttered a word in her entire life. Doctors think it might be psychological rather than medical though.

When he resisted them, they began to attack, only one of them had his arm severely burned and the other stricken with frostbite. He's been running from the law since, lingering with the working class, enjoying the company of "undesirable" people.
Misc: While not an official doctor, he is just as skilled as one.

Nienna: Welcome aboard too. Though I wonder if you could clarify something for me. Was your character really 3? Seems awfully young to me...
Also if you'd not mind, could you make only two out of four elements more prominent than the others? Maybe the Fire and the Earth could be the ones, so as not to clash with Elenriels Storm/Weather elemental. I love the power though.

Unless anyone else wants to start, I'll get the ball rolling officially tomorrow. But if any of you want to make a post before I get on, feel free.

Age 3, I know, kinda young but his twin brother was in the house at the time, but it seems their power was strong enough to show Lark's powers. Micheal discovered his powers at age 5. Sure, I can deal with two elements! lol,:P Fire and Earth are cool elements anyway. Another thing...can I put Micheal in this too?

What I think Phoenix meant was that why were two 3 year olds left all alone in the house? Or maybe they have older siblings?
